When I first received my canvas, the skin colour was completely different to the original. I chose the photo for my daughter's lovely brown tanned skin, but it came out bright red. It wasn't something I was comfortable putting on the wall, so I wrote to them and sent it back. They didn't reimburse me for this post cost. They sent a replacement, but it was exactly the same. It came back so quickly too that I suspected they just stuck the same one back in an envelope. The emails back and forth weren't particularly helpful either.. very polite, but I felt like they weren't addressing my questions or concerns at all, just sending a template with my name on it. After I sent the canvas back a second time, someone else started to deal with it, but by then they had got rid of the original image, so had nothing to compare it to. I'm surprised as it was an open case, that they didn't keep the image on file. In the end they had to give me a voucher for a new canvas, and I chose a different picture to be printed. The colour on this was more representative of the original photo. I was surprised that a professional printer couldn't get the tone correct. Anyway, it was a cheap voucher deal to start with, so I'm happy enough with the end result, and I've had the tanned-skin picture printed elsewhere in the correct colour!
