I ordered an item which turned out to have a small fault. Initially it was ok e-mailing customer services but a little tricky in sending a photo of the item which they requested. The phone number on which I eventually got through to enquire how to send the photo was the one for customers ringing in from abroad. However, absolutely no problems whatsoever aboiut the complaint - a new item was dispatched immediately and they didn't want the faulty one back. That's what I call good old fashioned service.
