I paid extra for my product to arrive early for my holiday but it DIDN'T.

I am disappointed that I paid extra for a service and it didn't arrive. I expect if you pay extra for something you as a company should deliver.

    I can confirm that the item was sent out on a Royal Mail 2 day tracked service. I have tracked the order and they attempted delivery on the second day and nobody was available to accept delivery so they left a calling card asking you to collect the item. The delivery service fulfilled their delivery times on this order.

    I am sorry if you were unhappy with the service received, the delay was out of our control.
