I am sorry that you are not happy with the service of the courier company.
Their policy is that they do require a signature to leave a parcel. They would not normally leave a parcel with a neighbour unless this is specified at the time of the order. If a parcel was left on a doorstep, it would not be insured which is why they will not do this.
We try to provide customers with this information on the website before an order is placed.
