You processed my order, speedily. You answered the phone, speedily. BUT - I am still waiting for my EXCHANGED item to arrive, as promised. NO communication has been received by me, so I do not know whether or not you have received my returned item. OR whether the exchange is on its way.

8 th may Still no word or replacement arm sling. Your request for feedback arrived.
Questions 1. Did you receive the retuned sling? 2. Is the replacement on its way to me?
It is difficult, slow and painful or me to write out this message, due to serous shoulder surgery. I hope this prompts you to seek out what exactly is going on.
