Disappointing service.

One of the items ordered was damaged on arrival. I had to wait in all day for the product to be collected at 5.55pm. Physioroom refunded the amount but did not offer to send a replacement or apologise for any inconvenience caused. I had paid a delivery charge and I am now going to have to order it again! I am extremely disappointed with the service.
