Pathetic go to [External reference]

I placed an order on an item that they told me was in stock, I received an email to tell me that order had been processed and I would be contacted for delivery detail.
No such item held by this company a [Name] called and suggested that I choose a more expensive alternative( classic scam). I immediately tried to get a refund on my card 2 phones 1 hour later the operative (supposedly customer services) tells me that no one can help those people who deal with it have gone home. [Name] calls and says that the replacement will be at same price no confirmation email to support this, she suggested she phones me at a prearranged time to confirm this, still waiting [Name].
Have informed credit card company and this company not to contact me but here we are.
Sweatband ordered on Friday delivered on Monday.
Be warned no customer service and fobbed off with rainbow dreams to keep your money that bit longer. I wait with baited breathe to see if this is posted

    I am sorry to read your review.

    I apologise for the item you have ordered not being in stock with the supplier. I can see we contacted you on the 16th and spoke with your wife advising we could offer you a replacement which was more expensive but there wouldn't be any extra charge for this. You then advised us you would like to cancel your order which we have done and your refund will be received shortly.

    I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
