I had a knee arthroscopy on the 7th December. I wasn't happy with the strapping supplied by the hospital and although my torn cartilage has been trimmed, I still have osteo arthritis following an injury some years ago. I found it easy to find what I thought would be a suitable knee brace on the website and this arrived in less than two days after ordering it online despite it almost being Christmas. My only disappointment was when I telephoned and spoke to one of the "trained representatives". I selected this option from a telephone menu expecting some reassurance that this brace was indeed suitable for my needs only to be told that he couldn't give me any advice. Seems that this option on the telephone menu is surplus to requirements as he was only interested in taking my telephone order and wouldn't give me any advice.
