As the product did not meet with my requirement I wished to return it. The system for returning is very convoluted and difficult, but I stuck at it and sent the item by the suppliers suggested route - Collect +. Over a week later, having heard nothing I contacted them to inquire - to be asked for tracking information, which I obtained along with a time and receipt signature. Having passed the information, the supplier said they would issue a refund within 5 working days. 7 working days have now passed - still no refund!
