after sending me the wrong item, i sent the goods back, they wouldnt give me a refund, send a replacement or contact paypal. lucky i bought through paypal, physio room told me to close the despute and the payment would go through, had i of done this i would have lost my £100, paypal managed to get it back, scammers and im reporting them to the internet fraud

We sorry to hear you have received the wrong item. Further to our investigation we can see a refund was processed on the 13th January 2014. The reason we requested to remove the dispute from Paypal as this delays the refund to be processed.
