Arrived onetime unfortunately the wrong size ordered , reordered the correct size for next day delivery sent the wrong size back and was refunded promptly . Great knee brace.

Spot on Communication, great product and quick delivery!
I was recommended to this site by a friend who is a Physiotherapist as I needed some Knee support for my daughter who has developed Osgood Schlatters in both knees.

Great service arrived promptly product view good but poor instructions
Physio Room usual excellent service. Product just what was required however spent ages trying to setup as minimal instructions poor. Be aware velcro fastening are not it correct position when shipped. Once this sussed very straightforward.

Brilliant ankle support
I would agree with all the positive comments I've read. Just 6 weeks after severely damaging a ligament in my ankle, thanks to this support I was able return to circuit training.....I was even able to run and jump!
I had difficulty deciding which size to buy, so hopefully I can help someone here. I'm a female UK size 7/8 (depending on manufacturer) with quite slim ankles. I wanted the support to be nice and snug so I went with a small. It's a little tight putting it on, but once on it holds my ankle nice and snug, the strap is plenty long enough and I definitely feel a medium would have swamped me and been nowhere as supportive.
I've used it 3 times now for an hour at a time and I got used to it really quickly, I forget I'm wearing it now.

Who can you trust?
I ordered and received 1 X Shoulder Strap Large back in July 2012. However, it was found to be too big and was advised to return it by certified mail. This was duly completed in 21/7/2012.
To date and numerous reminders, I am still awaiting a credit for the returned item.
I hope this response generates the necessary result.

My life back.
The knee brace is brilliant. It gives me the right support where I need it and its so comfortable. I was in despair about a condition that will only get worse but now there at least something that will help me obtain done element of normality! Can't believe I found out this site by accident. First use - very impressed by product and customer service.
There is not a lot you can say about a product or web site when you've only used it once but, on first impression, it's pretty good. You can find what you're looking for very easily and there's quite a lot of choice. The product I bought - a support for a healing broken wrist - was very good quality although very little to choose between it and the NHS one provided! You know how it is....is the NHS product going to be really what you want? Well, PhysioRoom at least gives you a much better idea of what you can get by description, price and rating.
Anyway, I am satisfied with the quality of the support, the price and the delivery.

Reliable company

Could do better
Didn't read my question to understand what I wanted to find out, and suggested I then call them which they say on the website I shouldn't do. Make your mind up!
P&P - I think your P&P is too much. If I buy direct from you it is £2.99 BUT if I buy from you via Amazon Marketplace the P&P is £2.49. Why?

Excellent Service
I ordered 2 calf supports on a Thursday evening, the ordering web site was very informative and easy to use. To my surprise the goods arrived by normal post the Saturday morning after. On examining the supports they were ideal and good quality and also came in their own small bags. Excelllent service and quality products.

The service I received from physioroom.com was excellent
I had this site recommended to me by a work colleague. I would use the site again and I would definitely suggest it to friends. The aspect that bothered me was the price for having my order delivered. Delivery charge was more than the item. I would see if I could get the item from an outdoor shop next time rather than ending up paying p&p. If next time I needed to order more items I would hope the p&p would be the same charge thus making it more affordable to shop at physioroom.com.

Why can't I talk to someone about my purchases?
Hallo friend, I would find it much easier to buy the right product if I could talk to someone about it before deciding which knee support to buy. It would save me buying two unsuitable products (which were not especially cheap) and then having to wear them to find out they were unsuitable and thereby rendering them ineligible for return!
This does not make me a happy customer.

I came across this website by chance. I was searching for helping tools to help strengthen my core, back and posture. I bought the cheapest wobbly cushion I could find for my balance and posture and 1kg weights, massage ball and a few more items. To my great surprise it all arrived within a few days. I will definately buy from these guys again. The wobbly cushion does not come with a pump, but I used my cycle pump and it works really well. My back and balance is now getting stronger day by day. Super duper!

A brilliant site
I was advised by a nurse at my GP practice to wear a wrist support to help with tendinitis. I then discover that these were no longer available from the NHS nor from any local chemists. I ordered a 'perfect fit' one-size ladies wrist support and paid for Saturday delivery. It arrived as expected and as described on the website was a 'perfect fit'.
