I've been waiting now over 3 weeks for a product that I asked for next day delivery......

Super fast delivery and great products. Just Super Duper!

I came across this website by chance. I was searching for helping tools to help strengthen my core, back and posture. I bought the cheapest wobbly cushion I could find for my balance and posture and 1kg weights, massage ball and a few more items. To my great surprise it all arrived within a few days. I will definately buy from these guys again. The wobbly cushion does not come with a pump, but I used my cycle pump and it works really well. My back and balance is now getting stronger day by day. Super duper!

Easy

Couldn't have been better service, my order arrived on time with a free complimentary towel. The products are fantastic value for money and I can see my bag will last me years to come.

A brilliant site

I was advised by a nurse at my GP practice to wear a wrist support to help with tendinitis. I then discover that these were no longer available from the NHS nor from any local chemists. I ordered a 'perfect fit' one-size ladies wrist support and paid for Saturday delivery. It arrived as expected and as described on the website was a 'perfect fit'. I would recommend this to any lady with such a strain. The support comes in a resealable bag to keep it clean when not in use.

Fantastic prices and even better service

I had been looking to buy a pair of 1000 mile socks for several months, then i found the PhysioRoom.com website.
The prices were really good and the more you bought the cheaper they got.
I was well pleased and ordered 3 pairs straight away. I got an email to say the order was on it's way and i received the item after the second day.
I am so pleased with the service that i am going to order another 3 pairs fairly soon.

I have bought two knee supports they are so good. I have always been very active but had to stop body combat and body pump classes because of a very sore and swollen knee. Used the in-depth information on the website to find the right brace for my knee. Many of the other sites out there do not match the brace to the symptoms or underlying issue (in my case, ACL tear).
This information is well matched to user reviews to get a balanced view - very good!

Having suffered a couple of mild ankle sprains a friend suggested a support and PhysioRoom.com. After some checking around I agreed with him and ordered a pair of Mueller supports, choosing the basic postage option. 26 hours later the supports arrived! Amazing service! The supports seem to be working as I've used them 3 or 4 times and not had any ankle issues. I'd certainly recommend PhysioRoom.com

Fast dispatch, great products

I ordered the full set of resistance bands, so far I've made use of all of them to target different areas of the body, they give great resistance and have improve my workout 10 fold.

TERRIBLE service, I will never deal with physio room again in my lifetime!

I ordered a thigh brace on the 30th of April as I have a grade two thigh strain, it is now the 12th of May and still haven't received my order! It took over a week for physio room to dispatch my order and now it's been over 2 weeks and still nothing.... I wouldn't/wont be recommending this site to anyone and am really disappointed with the service! By the time I receive my order ill probably be back on the football field and won't need it! *IF YOU LIVE OVERSEAS DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY.... They are TERRIBLE.......

Well.....I ordered and paid, they kept me updated with the dispatch, unfortunately the good never arrived. NOT TO WORRY.. i emailed physio Room and they, apologised, they did some research and apparently my order had been lost at the couriers. They sent another package out which I received 2 days later. THe good are fantastic and do exactly what they say they are going to do, I fractured my collar something more substantial than what A&E put on me which was just a triangular sling.

And so my review is positive, they a good company for getting your sports and injury supports from.

Sort the postage out please

Paid extra for 'quick' postage which turned out to be a fiasco. Postage company needed signature for a relatively low cost item that could have easily been posted...ended up that I paid extra costs (£5.00 ?) only to get it within the same time frame as if i had just paid standard postage.....

This review has been reported to customer service by the company 7 days ago for only being about the product.

Very good service and quality.

Quality advice and quality products

I have RA and wanted to buy splits for the wrist/hand/thumb to supplement the splints I received from the NHS. I asked for some advice and was given various options and settled on a wrist splint with integrated thumb spica. Good advice and the product arrived quickly and I am very happy with it. Physioroom also have a number of other products which are suitable for me and I will be acquiring these in the future.

This thigh strap supported me very well during the time i had the severe mustle strain
many thanks for the quick delivery , much appreciated.

Not fit for purpose and expensive (and late) delivery.

The product did not perform as described, as was a very poor fit despite my measuring the wristband selecting the size according to this. The product did not arrive next day as paid for and given the size and lightness of it, am very surprised at cost.

On speaking to customer service about return of goods, I find the postage was not to be reimbursed which, considering it was not fit for purpose, I was disappointed with. However, to be fair, they did refund in full after reading my enclosed complaint with the goods.

deplorable service

If you order anything from physioroom make sure you get it right first time. I have emailed them twice about a knee brace I bought whicch. is such a bad fit I now have open sores, asking for an exchange for a cheaper model without expecting a refund and they have not even taken the trouble to reply to me. I cannot afford another £50to replace it and yet it is unusable. . I would not recommend physioroom to anyone, neither would I use it again myself.
