Please accept our apologies. When you placed your order we had one available in stock. Unfortunately someone else also placed an order for the same item that evening. Our stock records weren't updated until the following morning so it allowed both orders to be placed. You should've been advised on Friday that your order would be delayed, for that we apologise. The stock is due in to us this week and will be sent to you as soon as we receive it. We will also issue the refund for the delivery charge.

Always excellent choice and excellent service, Physique have never let md down.
Physique has been my no.1 choice for the past 15 years, to supply my Sports Injury Clinic with all the essentials, including Studio equipment for our Pilates & Fitball classes.
Always very good service and choice, having replaced the rare faulty item with no question the following day.
Quite often you get a choice of free gift, I've just been given a large 2000lt tub if Biotone massage oil with £38!!
I can't recommend Physique enough!

Excellent service but can we hear some samples of music before buying please
Bought a couple of CD's for massage work. Very happy with one, the other I haven't fully listened to yet but I already have the feeling from a quick listen that it might not be to my taste, in fact it might drive me insane. Would be nice if you could listen to a sample of the music on each cd before buying, as I found it pretty much quess work.

The best service I have ever experienced!
My telephone inquiry regarding the buy 3, get 1 free offer was answered. My purchase was dispatched promptly. I was given options to change the delivery date or deliver to another address by their courier, Parcel was delivered to my neighbor within the 1 hour window specified. I was informed of dispatch and delivery by text from the courier and by email from Physique. Well done Physique!

Maybe a one off .
I bought these, but was a bit disapointed as most of the talc was in the bottom of the pastic bag where it was sealed. Unsuable to me now. Still maybe a oneoff mistake I hope.

Ok service but poor product
I recently purchased 4 lots of beige rock tape from your company. I paid the delivery cost which stated next day. However it being a bank holiday I thought it would be delayed so not too fussed. However i had to wait for a few more days and the product eventually arrived.
I have been using rock tape for a long time for a number of injuries. I applied the tape today and within 5 minutes the tape had come away from the skin and was falling off.
Im obviously not happy with this as rock tape is not cheap.

REALLY BAD DELIVERY SERVICE
I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY DELIVERY AFTER 6 DAYS, I CALLED YOU 7 TIMES AND ALL I'VE GOT IS "I DO APOLOGIES" BUT NO ONE SOLVE MY PROBLEM IS AMAZING, I PAY ALMOST 7£ FOR THE DELIVERY AND I'M STILL WAITING. NEVER AGAIN WITH YOU AND I WILL TELL ABOUT TO EVERY ONE I KNOW.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that may have been caused to yourself due to the delay in receiving your parcel. You placed your order on Sunday and due to the Bank holiday it was processed on Tuesday for delivery to yourself on Wednesday. Our delivery company DPD had computer operating issues on Tuesday which resulted in them not collecting any parcels from ourselves on Tuesday and therefore your parcel would not be delivered until Thursday.
On Wednesday when you contacted us, we spoke with DPD and asked them to ensure your parcel was delivered on Thursday morning before 10.00 am. On Thursday when we contacted DPD again we were advised that your parcel was on the van but had been routed for a later delivery. This has of course resulted in a further delay in you receiving your parcel , but I have now had confirmation that your parcel has been delivered to yourself @ 8.35 on Friday 10th May.
DPD are normally very good at delivering our parcels and the many reviews on our website are testimonial to this, but on this occasion they have let us down.
We have refunded the original carriage charge to yourself and I can only apologise for the inconvenience that has been caused to yourself by the late delivery.

Very pleasant people but lack customer focus
The people I spoke to were very pleasant and helpful.
However I state they lack a customer focus because living in the Highlands and Islands they are charging an extortionate £15.00 for p&p. The reasoning is this is their courier cost. However I know the Post Office do not penalise people for living in this area, so a good customer focus would be using a different, cheaper carrier for these areas rather then just the one for administrative ease.
Also completely baffled why they are not stocking the whole range of Biotone products and all sizes.

Due to the weight of your order to send by the Post Office would cost £16.02, this is only a second class service which is not trackable or insured. You have paid less, £14.39, for an insured and trackable service. We can pack up to 30kg for this very low price.
We supply the most popular range of Biotone for our customers. We ship this over from the US which is expensive. If we held the entire range we are unable to guarentee this will sell. We have in the past tried an extensive range of Biotone but they have not sold well, therefore we have stuck with the more popular Biotone products that our customers prefer.

service quick - product disappointing
I ordered a number of anatomical models when on special offer. The items were delivered promptly the next day which was great!
However, the shoulder and foot model, which were advertised as flexible were in fact rigid. This was very disappointing as the purpose of the models is to demonstrate to students and patients how the joint moves.
I would suggest a clearer more accurate description of the models be made on your website.

Amazing!!!
