Have ordered several times from picstop and delivery has been next day or within two days. My latest order had not arrived after seven days. I Emailed picstop and received a prompt reply from Gemma about my query. My package arrived next day, obviously Royal Mail dragging its heels. The item I ordered was apparently lost by the delivery service, but Picstop promptly arranged re-order by recorded delivery - and after that item was received in 2 days.

Excellent customer service

I ordered ink cartridges for my HP printer. The black was fine but the colour cartridge was not accepted by the printer. The printer refused to co-operate with the cartridge installed. On notifying Picstop they arranged to send another one out which unfortunately was still not accepted by the printer. Black was no problem.
Picstop then informed me they contacted the ink manufactuers for a completely new batch and this one worked perfectly. Picstop were even going to arrange for my printer to be collected and inspected, at no cost to myself if the last one they sent me had not worked. I was greatly impressed with the patience and service shown. Excellent service.

Having placed my order with Picstop at 3.00pm the preceeding day it arrived, to my amazement, the following day at 12mid-day. This was a 'run of the mill' order without any special postage (postage was actually free) so I was blown away by how quickly I had the goods in my hands.

It Doesn't get much better than this

I ordered a camcorder carry case from PicStop on a special offer where a free tripod was to be included in the order. However for whatever reason this was never sent, so I emailed Kieran on the order team and next day I had received my free tripod with an apology.

Now initially this may sound bad that they forgot to send the tripod in the first place, BUT the prompt and polite customer service I received was excellent and is hard to come buy in this day and age, especially on internet shops. I have already used them again for a memory card :)
