Superb service
I can't praise this company too highly. Initially the wrong item was sent. Anyone can make a mistake. My phone call in late afternoon yesterday was answered immediately by a person, who couldn't have been more helpful. He arranged collection and replacement, and I received it at 09.40 this morning. He kept me fully informed about the action being taken, and what I needed to do. I have absolutely no hesitation in giving the full five stars.

After sales excellent-even when they make a mistake!
Have bought a number of times from Picstop and all orders have been dispatched promptly. Recent order for 2 portable drives but only delivered one. Emailed customer service and they sorted out the problem quickly (same day) and politely. Would recommend to others.

First class service
I bought an Ansmann grip for my Nikon D80. First class price and quick delivery but it didn't stop there. The car charger for the grip had been damaged in transit and was unusable. I emailed Picstop and got a reply a few hours later. Next day I was phoned by Jeff of Ansmann to confirm the model of grip I had. Next day a new charging lead arrived in the post.
Exceptionally good service from a company which I recommend to all.

custmer aftersales service second to none !!1
I ordered a 4 gig SD card, through Amazon, I was advised by Picstop that the make and model of my camera would not accept that size of card, they offered to exchange the card for more suitable cards, the advice and service was first class from customer services, especially Paul, he couldn’t have been more helpful, I will definitely shop with Picstop direct in future. Keep up the good work, I certainly would recommend your company to all my friends.

Excellent Service
I have used Picstop for a number of years now for all of my camera accessories and in all that time have found the service to be second to none. I usually phone (sorry, its my age!) for memory cards/batteries etc. and, in addition to prompt, friendly service, I also get the advice I'm looking for.
I will use Picstop again in the future and have had no hesitation in recommending them to friends.

First Class Aftersales Service
Ordered an XD Picture Card in February 2009, arrived promptly - 1st class service.
Unfortunately Picture Card stopped working in March 2010. Contacted picstop and they requested I send it back. A replacement Picture Card was with me 6 days laters.
Can highly recommend this company for their aftersales service.

Superb - A 'Must Use' Company
Just wanted to say - superb service, superb price and super swift delivery.

Excellent customer service
Have ordered several times from picstop and delivery has been next day or within two days. My latest order had not arrived after seven days. I Emailed picstop and received a prompt reply from Gemma about my query. My package arrived next day, obviously Royal Mail dragging its heels. I would highly recommend Picstop for competitive prices and quality customer service.

friendly reliable service
The item I ordered was apparently lost by the delivery service, but Picstop promptly arranged re-order by recorded delivery - and after that item was received in 2 days.
so I recommend Picstop as a reliable and inexpensive shop

Absolutely stunning service...
When we are all moaning (well I do frequently..) about poor service, it is good to find a company who go the extra mile. I ordered the goods before noon, paid for Special Delivery and that is exactly what I got - special delivery. Problem sorted, job done. Thank you!

Excellent customer service
I ordered ink cartridges for my HP printer. The black was fine but the colour cartridge was not accepted by the printer. The printer refused to co-operate with the cartridge installed. On notifying Picstop they arranged to send another one out which unfortunately was still not accepted by the printer. Black was no problem.
Picstop then informed me they contacted the ink manufactuers for a completely new batch and this one worked perfectly. Picstop were even going to arrange for my printer to be collected and inspected, at no cost to myself if the last one they sent me had not worked. I was greatly impressed with the patience and service shown. Excellent service.

I Ordered a SanDisk all in one card reader late on the Friday night they got the order on Monday It was at my door Wednesday the web site said 4to7 days delivery, how's that for a great service will use them again thanks Picstop

Fantastic fast service
Items arrived the day after ordering. One was faulty and, after contacting picstop, was replaced - with the replacement arriving the day after being reported. Superb customer service and superfast delivery - oh and the prices are excellent too!
