Very efficient, reliable, friendly service
Ryan Armani was friendly, knowledgable and let me know what the options were for the repair. Pimlico Plumbers aren't cheap but the charges are transparent in advance and the experienced and effective plumber did a great job. I'm happy to recommend and will use Pimlico Plumbers again.

Expensive, but professional can do attitude & expertise
This is 2nd company I called to two plumbing faults. The 1st company was unable to even attempt to resolve the problems.
Simon Clegg of Pimlico Plumbers attended at the appointed time. Diagnosed the faults, advised on different options to resolve & then completed quick professional tidy Job.
Expensive but you get what you pay for.

Very professional, friendly service.
Glenn Rutledge was a calming influence immediately he entered my home. I was in a panic from a water leak that was flooding my bathroom late at night. He quickly switched off the water flow and talked through solutions of the lead issue in a reassuring, knowledgeable and calming manner. It was a huge relief and I'm so grateful to the professional, friendly service.

Daniel Brown from Pimlico Plumbers Makes My Day!
Pimlico Plumbers aren't the cheapest of emergency call out companies but when something suddenly goes wrong with the electrics, you want someone who really knows what they are doing, is calm, courteous and communicative but looks on the positive side of things. Daniel Brown from Pimlico Plumbers was all this and more when he arrived at my flat to try to sort out my confusing electrical problem. He didn't stop problem solving or working from the moment he arrived to the moment he left and was prepared to go the extra mile. His positive attitude was the perfect thing to calm my anxieties and his excellent skills and experience as an electrician were quickly clear as he isolated the problem as quickly as he could and then set about rectifying it. Within minutes, I trusted that he knew what he was doing and that he was suggesting the best options for me but never forcing me into a decision I wasn't happy with. I can't think of a way this call out could have been better.

Very professional service
My plumber Luke turned up half an hour early – good start. He diagnosed the problem instantly, which turned out to be something minor. He asked if I had anything else he could help me with. I had a couple little things which had nothing to do with the main problem, but he helped me anyway. I have used Pimlico Plumbers before about five years ago and was pleasantly surprised their standards had not spilt - wonderful service. I will be recommending them to all my family, friends and colleagues at work.

Totally amazing service! Where have Pimlico Plumbers been all my life?
Just had my boiler and gas appliances serviced by Ryan at Pimlico Plumbers. Never used them before but decided to try them out after my mum heard a glowing report on the news a while ago. Turned up on time AND with a smile and was so super helpful and lovely - how refreshing! I shall be recommending them to anyone who'll listen. Thank you!

Expensive but worth it
I have used them time and again for carpentry, building works, electricals and decorating and the stand is always excellent. They are expensive but if you want a company that is reliable turns up on time and high quality of workmanship then they are the right fit for you. The guy I used recently was Steven Farlow for some carpentry work and he typified they approach. Did the work swiftly, was friendly and the finish was professional AND he hoovered up after himself.

Never understood what the fuss was about the Pimlico plumbers was? Now I know!
A combined CCTV, jet washing,bit of "know how"and DIY tools was a perfect recipe for a brick blocking my drain. Dave clearly knew what he was doing and his chatty personality was as much appreciated as the quality of his work. I intend to use the Pimlico plumbers for all my future requirements but hopefully not too soon.

Efficient, friendly, excellent.
We'd had enormous problems with our boiler and over a few weeks 6 different people came out to look at it and give us estimates. Woke up one morning to find water leaking out of it and into the floor. Called Pimlico plumbers in a total stress, within half an hour of my call they sent Luke Lawrence round, he gave me a reasonable quote and set to work replacing my boiler straight away. He was friendly, helpful and very pleasant, was in my house for 2 whole days and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. The boiler replacement was excellent and he even took a look at a problem I have with my shower before he left and gave me suggestions on how to cope with the problem. Excellent guy, excellent service, excellent boiler. Very pleased.

Brilliant service - Best plumbers I've ever used
Have nothing but good things to say about the service Pimlico have provided. Friendly and helpful on the phone. Thoroughly professional and trustworthy - have had the same engineer each time I've used them which is great. Ben has been punctual, friendly and honest - explained everything he was doing so I felt like I wasn't being baffled with loads of technical info.
There may be cheaper companies out there but you get what you pay for and Pimlico are excellent value for money. Would recommend to anyone.

Very good service, good quality - higher price but worth it
Pimlico Plumbers installed a new combi boiler in one day. They always arrive on time, do the job well, tidy up and leave. Absolutely worth it. I have stopped using others now.

Professional team were sent to deal with the problem.
Dan Mitchell and Justin Day were sent to fix the central heating and hot water issues which involved digging up floors to find the cause of the leak which was disruptive to the household but they were able to sort it. They went beyond the call of duty by moving furniture where it was needed and were punctual, courteous and kept the household informed of developments the whole time they were at the property. Pimlico Plumbers are not the cheapest firm there is but having used both Dan and Justin before and knowing that they would solve the problem it made sense to use them. Of course next time I have to use Pimlico I expect a vast bunch of flowers, champagne and caviar for being so nice about them both!

Top Plumbing!
I had several plumbing tasks to be done and knew that one was tricky - to say the least! I was dreading getting the job done, to be honest.
Anyway, Peter Froggett beat my almost inaccessible bath taps into submission and my new shower/mixer fitment is fantastic.
He also replaced my basin taps, adding isolation valves, and obtained a good style match with the bath.
Clearing the slow-running wastepipe was no easy business either because of the state of the pipework but he persevered, going several times to obtain different 'elbows', pipes and other parts to overcome difficulties.
Everything was cleared up afterwards and there was not a single leak - my great fear.
I shall ask for Peter back if I have further plumbing tasks to be done.
Great work, prompt attendance on site, pleasant and cheerful - even when I was hanging around getting in the way. The people on the phone were nice, too."

Very knowledegable and professional employees and completely trustworthy
Dave Taylor came to check out a drain smell we had in our bathroom. We had previously had three separate independent plumbers out none of whom were able to diagnose the problem. Dave understood the system completely and found the problem in 20 mins, and then took the time to explain fully to us what it was and why it occurred. Really personable and professional customer experience... i wish i had called these guys in the first place instead of wasting time with others! Heartily recommended

Excellent work by Peter Froggett
All the radiator valves in my flat needed replacing to prepare for an imminent new tenancy. It was important the work was carried out leaving everything in pristine condition as before. Pimlico Plumbers never disappoint but the friendly professional service provided this time by Peter Froggett was exemplary.

Frist Class Service, Excellent workman
Steve Farlow, was excellent, arrived on time on both days, gave sound advice, cleaned up after himself....I cannot recomment Steve, and Pilmico enough. I will certainly be using these services again.

Excellent service - very friendly and knowledgeable plumber
Peter Froggett attended my flat to replace the bath taps. He was fast, thorough, clearly proficient and very friendly. He addressed my plethora of questions without batting an eyelid.
Pimlico Plumbers even offered me the reduced rate, despite the evening time because they had a slot available. Saved me £75!!

Pimplico Plumbers tick all the boxes
Pimlico Plumbers delivered! Efficient, quick, friendly and transparent on price. Within 2hrs of calling an engineer came round. He was friendly and in the know. He solved the problem with my washing machine in the hour and charged the flat rate. My concerns were lifted given the aggravation of thinking I was going to be without a machine for a few days. Top out fit.

Proffesional, quick and friendly problem solvers
Got home about 10 at night and noticed my toilet was leaking. Given I had a busy week ahead I called for an immediate home visit. Within half an hour, Damien the happiest person I have meet in London for a while, showed up with his toolkit. He asked me a few qualifying questions and quickly got stuck in. After gaining access to the toilet pipes he quickly issued a solution, taking the time to show me and explain the reason for the leak. He not only fixed the leak but identified a minor issue with the flush pipe the crew that installed my bathroom units did not address. He walked back from his van with some additional materials and secured the flush pipe and toilet to ensure the problem did not occur again. While we handled payment I asked how long he had been in the plumbing business. 35 years he responded. Well worth the time and money.

very professional, well qualified, and got the job done
Came home from work, and had water and nasties all over my kitchen. Pimilco came within 40 mins of call. Prices were clear and up front. Got the blockage cleared, which took several attempts. Made sure all was flowing fine again, with several tests, before going. Would use again.

Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient – I’d highly recommend them to friends.
I needed an urgent diagnostic of our electric shower and boiler issue. Drew came over within a few hours, evaluated all my options and explained in layman’s terms what the problems were. I can now make an informed decision of what I want to do and when I’ve decided I’ll certainly use Pimlico Plumbers for the work.
Mid-level from a cost perspective however I’ve gone for the cheaper option in the past and its come back to haunt me.

Skilled, friendly and efficient service
David Hoar came out today to fix a blocked sink and was able to not only sort the problem but advise on a couple of other related issues. Really knowledgable, really helpful and extremely pleasant throughout. I rang Pimlicoplumbers because I'd heard the name before and thought I could trust the service. So far, so good!
One star off because he took longer to arrive than the call centre had promised.

Very quick, very tidy, and very friendly
Pimlico Plumbers were able to arrange two engineers to come out in the morning very quickly when we had a leaky pipe and had to pull up floorboards to stop the leak into the downstairs flat. The first engineer - Ryan Armani - was brilliant. He fixed the problem really quickly and checked the system thoroughly before leaving. (He even helped me bring my shopping in - above and beyond!!).
The second engineer - Steven Farlow - arrived very shortly after Ryan had finished and managed to fix the broken floorboards using a minimum of new materials and significantly improving the wobbliness that we'd had before the leak. He was also really friendly and helpful.
All of the work was finished by lunchtime and we had the confidence that it was done to a really high standard. Although it seems you do pay extra for Pimlico Plumbers, all of their charges are available to see on the website before you book and they don't calculate by the full hour which keeps the costs down (and they definitely didn't hang around wasting any time).
I'd highly recommend Ryan and Steven.

Friendly, efficient, effective
I have just used Pimlico Plumbers for the second time for a leaking kitchen sink. My time slot was between 10 and 12, which is what I requested, I had a friendly call from the office at 9.45 to say the plumber was 30 minutes away, he then arrived within 30 minutes. I always feel that they are honest plumbers, they come in, get the job done and are friendly and helpful. I asked the plumber to take a look at my bathroom sink taps, which he did and made an improvement. He fixed the leaking sink but gave some advice about another issue with the tap. They may not be the cheapest, but as a female living on my own, I feel safe when they arrive and I trust them to do an honest and decent job.

Honest, reliable. Would call again without hestiation.
My boiler broke down. It needed fixing. I first called British Gas and my own energy suppliers who were not able to help. My mnager recommended Pimlico Plumbers. Even on the telephone they reassured me and I felt reassured that they could help - and they could. They turned up when they said they would, I received a call to confirm that someone was actually on thier way, he sourced and collected a part from a local supplier and fixed the problem. Not only did he fix the boiler problem but I noticed a leaky pipe while he was there and he fixed that too - nothing was too much trouble. He also gave me advice on a gas fire I have and he told me never to be afraid to ask for proof that someone is qualified to do their job - he showed me his card showing me his qualifications which he said they are required to have on them at all times. I am in no doubt that they will be the people I call if I have future emergencies to deal with. Utterly helpful, trustworthy, polite, professional - I have nothing but positive things to report.

Efficient professional polite prompt service
Rang at 11am as my existing bathroom towel rail had sprung a leak. Already bought a replacement but wasn't confident to fit it. They informed me that someone would be around between 11.30-13.00. I was also informed the plumber would cal half an hour before arriving. Plumber called at 11.25, arrived 12pm. Clearly he was professionally trained, did the job without fuss within an hour, took away the old radiator and charge me the standard hourly rate as discussed up front on the telephone. Would definitely use again. No more expensive than any other plumber. Pimlico plumbers are just more efficient and less hassle and I feel reassured that all jobs are fully guaranteed.

Professional, prompt and tidy.
I was very happy and impressed by the plumber (Luke) who was sent to replace my hot water heater today. He did the job in an efficient and tidy manner, and was very courteous as well. He took the time to explain the new system and when he left, my home was clean and in the same order as it had been before his arrival. Fantastic - faulty heating sorted and house lovely and warm within 3 hours.
The PP heating engineer Ben appeared within 2 hours of my first call and was highly professional and courteous. He was efficient and thorough with his work and all the radiators in our house were working properly again within an hour of his arrival. I could not have asked for a better service and would recommend Pimlico Plumbers to anyone.

Great service from Ben Guyver
Having experienced endless problems with my complicated heating and hot water system and various engineers who only seemed to make matters worse, I was so delighted to find Ben of Pimlico Plumbers. He has now replaced my aging boiler and upgraded various parts of the system. He was thorough in explaining what was needed, spent a lot of time trying to understand the unusual system, extremely hard working and efficient and I am delighted by the final result. I will certainly ask for him again when it is time for the service.

Very responsive, skilled workmen
Pimlico Plumbers have been dealing with a leak that was discovered under our living room. The plumber and carpenter who undertook the work, Manolo Leon-Roman and David Braidford, were highly skilled and worked very quickly to locate the leak and to fix it.
