I am a managing agent of many properties but for some reason have not crossed paths with you. I don't do things on the cheap and have been using a Fulham firm which let me down big time. They claimed that they could not get the immersion element off a hot tank and OK I paid and changed a complete hot tank and then immediately after the work the Stuart Turner pump failed to work and they wanted to charge me big money for changing it. OK I said and they would have done it had they not made me wait for over a week! I got you in with the instruction of asking you change the pump for me but your Nick Crotter assessed the issue as the pipework having been messed up during the hot tank installation and he corrected everything for me efficiently saving me a new expensive pump, Just like doctors, a plumber has to be able to give correct (and honest) diagnosis and he is absolutely spot on. I wish Nick could do all my work from now on!
