Found site very easy to find what you are looking for
Would recommend this site to my friends, found what I was looking for without any problems. Information on goods was very informative. Still to experience the delivery of items, but hopefully there will be no hic ups.

Pine Solutions - are Fine Solutions for me!
I've had one or two items of furniture from this company. Generally speaking the quality is very good - however we did order & receive a reclaimed oak kitchen dresser, which having looked forward to receiving; when it arrived, was damaged - due I suppose to poor packaging. But having informed Pine Solutions of the problem, they reacted promptly and sent a replacement, which we both love. Lots of other items earmarked on my 'favorites bar.'

Excellent Company for quality, trouble free shopping
Cannot fault the quality of the furniture. Always deliver when they say they are going to. Cannot be beaten on price/ value for money. My lounge furniture looks as good two years on as it did when it arrived.

Perfect transaction from start to finish!
Always dubious about ordering online as you never know what you're going to get, or when you're going to get it. I needn't have worried, the furniture was exactly as described, excellent quality, excellent value for money, communication was spot on and the delivery came when they said it would. 100% satisfied with my purchase.

dream shopping!
ordered, paid, was given delivery date, items delivered, no problems, no waiting, recieved a phonecall 4 days before, giving me a 2 day time frame and a promise to phone and give me a definite day, recieved this call, and then one on the day asking if they could deliver earlier than time slot, fabulous. no bother, no worries, and 3 weeks early. fantastic service.

excellent looking dresser
Very good looking dresser , suit my kitchen perfectly.
However, quality can be improved as the oak bit seems to be veneer and there is a minor crack on the side. Also one of the large drawers cannot run smoothly.

Good
Some items were out of stock, so was given an 'estimated' delivery date. Although this changed twice, I was updated every fortnight on the order. When items were in stock, I was given a proper delivery date and the option to change it if needed. There were a few reminders of the delivery date and the drivers phoned an hour before arrival. I will happily use again.

Reliable company
The company had on my account that the table would be available from 9th May after I ordered in mid April - did say out of stock and I had the table delivered on 7th!! Very polite and courteous as well as helpful when I rang with a worry about delivery. Would recommend to anyone, you get good service as well as good value products. I could not fault the delivery men either, there were exceptionally helpful.

Nice quality and priced furniture but delivery info on webpage is misleading.
Just placed my order so can't comment on whole process. Lovely designed furniture at good price But delivery info misleading. It's £14.99 and not 'free' if you want it inside your house.

Very good seller.
No problems with my purchase of a wardrobe and bedside cabinets delivered on separate days. Had to split the initial order to get the wardrobes delivered earlier but this was no problem and Pine were very accommodating, definitely recommend them to others.

Why 'pine' for good service......?
..... when you get it all at Pinesolutions. The product (Rustic Corner Computer Desk) looks superb and just would be the finishing touch to my tudor (oak beamed) study. If it works with the fittings that I currently have in place, I'll be after another to match and 'mirror' the room...! Watch this space..!

QUICK AND EASY TO ORDER, GREAT DELIVERY OPTIONS!
I found ordering my furniture very easy, I was able to opt out of the club offers easily and did not have to sign up to become a member, as I only wanted to make a one off purchase. Delivery options are great, I received free delivery, and I chose the exact day I wanted my furniture delivered, which isn't something that is usually offered and very handy when working full time!

A consul table exactly whah we were looking for !!
We wanted a consul table to be positioned between two reclining chairs in our garden room and to fit the space limitations. Having measured the required length, height and width I searched online and was delighted that Pine Solutions had the very item to almost the exact dimensions. A quick telephone call and within minutes everything was concluded and the table was received within the allotted time. The assembling, which I can honestly say only involved attaching the legs with the supplied Alan Key, took only a few minutes and our garden room looks even better as the table is the exact match to a previously purchased sideboard by the same company.

Efficient and Friendly
This was my second purchase from Pine Solutions. I was looking for a specific type of display cupboard so had to telephone to check the type of shelving, which was not clear on the description. A friendly person answered my question straight away, no problem. Ordered on line and delivered on time. Good service, thank you.

little con to get more customer details
Hi all I recently shared there reward code with friends and family using the share with facebook and twitter button tuey have said its a mistake with the rewards I had 90 pound 4 20 pound rewards and 10 for a picture review denied that theres a share button altho I sent pictures and also denied the money for picture reviews what a joke of a company my mother even used the code so I would have 20 pounds and they refuse to pay it out please watch out for this as i have heard alot of this happening x

Good reliable company to use. This is the second order I have placed so speaks for itself.
I ordered 3 sideboards dresser table and chairs some years ago. No problems putting it together. I am now ordering another oak table so that speaks for itself. Good company to deal with...I needed an extra door part spoke to them and they sent it with no extra cost. The sign of a good company is when anything goes wrong and they can put it right not just when it all goes well. Would defiantly recommend them.

Great looking storage trunks and good value for money
Surprisingly spacious and a very useful and attractive piece of furniture to adorn any room, I'd recommend these to anyone who needs pine trunks to store their stuff! I bought 2 - one is full of pictures and photo albums - the other full of bits and pieces which make up my life! They fit in well with other furniture and look good.
