Excellent - Why can't all companies be like this?
Brilliant.
Fantastic range of products. Excellent quality. Very good customer service. Highly reliable. They seem to really care about getting their service right first time and are really interestsed ion finding out if you think there is anything they can improve.
We have used Pine Solutions to source a lot of our recent furniture buys (mostly solid oak!). Beds, chests of drawers, a blanket box and a bedside table. They are always my first go-to for any furniture I need.
They are the real deal. Highly recommended.

Failed to deliver then ignored...managed to take money withou a problem
Take payment instantaly even thoughj delivery may be weeks ahead.
Arranged delivery (unreasonably demand you are there all day). No delivery. No contact. Ignored repeated e-mails.
Make a big thing about saying they will charge if you arn't in to take delivery. Fine...works both ways..i'll cahrge them for wasting my day.

Very reliable company
Having just moved home, I have ordered a number of furniture items from 4 different online companies over the past 2 months. Pine Solutions have been the only company to give good service and value. I have used them twice now and will definately be using them again as I have had very bad experiences from the other online traders.
The furniture I ordered from pinesolutions.co.uk arrived in good time, in perfect condition and were even better then described on the site. I strongly recommend them to anyone shopping for furniture online.
