unable to cancel order in advance even when it is Not in stock
I ordered a Samsung printer on 26th September 2009, when I ordered on that day, the printer was in stock shown on their site, so I proceeded... To find out a week after it was out of stock! To which I was told to wait a week, then I decided to cancel the order, on 2nd October 2009, I was told an "email" was to be sent to their head office for the refund to proceed, great I thought! I waited... On 12th October 2009, they decided to post out the printer when they finally had stock to which I said I wanted a refund and NOT the printer delivered! I guess they'd hoped I'd accept it after waiting so long, did they think I would wait THAT long?! I rang up again today 14th October 2009 to chase up my refund and was told "oh, another email has been sent to the head office as the first one wasn't processed!" WHY??? I asked and a reply of "I do not know" and "It could be that the warehouse had it ready and packed up already" okay.. Then why on earth was it not posted out a week at least ago?!!
So, NOW, I have to wait another week or so, for their "head office" to proceed a refund, that is IF they read the emails! We don't have a direct number, nor any contact details directly to them! Their "help desk" don't seem to be able to do anything other than a email to their "head office"
So, how do we complain? well, we simply CAN'T! Well quite difficultly anyway!
oh and Value for money? Yes, but for a different price to pay! TIME!
