I recently bought a product from Pixmania which was sent out with a EU power adaptor instead of a UK one. They did throw a UK adaptor in the box but it required the cable to be stripped which I'm a little unwilling to do on something that has just cost me over £400. Their phoneline is a premium number so I emailed but still waiting on a response.

If you are not satisfied with your product or it does not conform to the description on our site you have 14 days to return your product to us for a refund or replacement provided that we have the item in stock Please note that tampering with an item including the plug renders the warranty invalid. If an adaptor was missing in the parcel, we can send you one at no extra cost.
