I bought before and added my parents address for that delivery. My mistake when buying for me as it defaulted to this address. I emailed them within one minute of placing the order to amend delivery address but they said nothing and did not respond. So I called them (and paid to listen to their expensive padded out musical menus) and the chap said he'd try to sort. He didn't and so now my parents have my hard drives 180 miles away.
