The website is designed in a very user-friendly way. You can easily find a product you are looking for & place the order. The discribtions are very helpful to decide on the purchase. One issue is the contact with customer service.I qeried about the item I have bought which has not been delivered yet and received no response till today. the major issue, however, is the fact that my itme has not been delivered yet ... All in all, I'm not happy about the service I have received.
First time I ordered I was very pleased, as the item was delivered on time and I had no complaints whatsoever, but on my current order I'm still waiting for my order, and the customer service tells me they opened an investigation...why is there no way of contacting the carrier on a faster notice and find out the issue in a matter of hours rather than weeks?
I can't really give a review of the product in itself as I still haven't received it. I know it's not pixmania's fault but seriously think about changing carrier. some unknown number tried and call me on Tuesday at 11am so of course I was at work and couldn't answer and I guess it was them but as they didn't leave a message or sent me any text I'm not too sure. my biggest regret is the total lack of communication, you cannot even contact the carrier straight away u need to call pixmania's customer service which is not even open on the weekend... not the best first experience!
The item I ordered arrived as promised in even less time than stipulated on the website which was a major plus point. However, I was very disappointed that no plug adapter was included with the purchase. It arrived with a 2 prong plug which doesn't work in Irish or British sockets.
Its a small gripe, but still matters.
I ordered an external hard drive for storing files at home, as well as some flash drives for college. They're from a good brand and Pixmania's price was about a third of what I could find in major chains. It arrived quickly without any difficulty and I would definitely recommend Pixmania.
I regularly order through pixmania, they are quite often the cheapest and still their service has been almost spotless even calling me proactively the time a command got validated twice due to a too fast double clic...
Very happy with the product and the price I paid. Additional discount code wasn't hard to find. Paid for 1-2 UPS delivery and it took over a week. Item was stuck somewhere and I had to chase it. UPS didn't want to know me - said it was the senders issue. Emailed Pixmania and got zero response. Called support and girl was helpful and said she'd call back when she got an update - I never heard from her again. That said the package arrived in one piece. Not happy about paying a premium for express delivery and not getting that.
Have used pixmania for the past few years to order multiple items ranging from larger items like computer monitors and home cinema amplifiers to smaller ones like cameras and computer accessories. All products arrived in perfect condition and usually a few days after order was placed. Very satisfied and will use them again.
Ordered a motherboard, cpu and two sticks of ram and had them delivered with the 24-48 hour delivery (if ordered before midday). My order was placed at around 11:25am and I received confirmation of my order at 12:15pm pushing it past the cut off for this service.
How ever I was lucky and the packages arrived within 48 hours of being ordered (on Thursday) though I believe this was down to the shipping company as Pixmania had stated that deliver would be Thursday to Friday instead of the Wednesday to Thursday they had estimated at the time when the order was placed.
When the package arrived it was in two boxes:
Motherboard: Large box with the large air pocket type packaging material. Half of the air pockets had already burst/deflated by the time it had arrived.
CPU & RAM: In a smaller box with no padding what so ever. The OEM packaging for the cpu + heatsink protected it enough not to need additional packing material but the ram sticks only came in a slim cardboard sleeve each which left them open to damage from the cpu + heatsink moving around inside the box.
The cpu and ram could have easily fitted inside the box the motherboard came in and would have saved money there. How ever as they were shipped in two different boxes it would have been best to protect delicate items with at least some packing materials. Luckily nothing was broken.
Brought a mouse G700 with 4-5 day delivery, 10 days later still no news. When I called to inquire they said it will take another 5-10 days to investigate. I am still to receive the mouse ( probably in another 2-3 weeks if its ever going to be delivered). Very disappointed obviously il never buy anything from them again.
I have used Pixmania a few times now and woudl definately recommed them and buy again from them. I had issues with a product and they were fantastic is helping me to get it resolved - always professional and polite.

I contacted Pixmania customer service and they kept me informed and told me immediately when it was back in stock and dispatched. It was delivered in record time. All of the work of pix mania was great. I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1. I saw that they have it in their stocks and I ordered. They said it will be delivered in 2 days with ups. But it took 5 days. I know this is not about pixmania but thye should have informed me correctly, how could I know that the device is in the stores in France!?
Anyway I will continue shopping with pixmaniaand I suggest you do so! :)

I bought a Samsung PC monitor (S22B350H) from PixMania. It is initially for dual screen purposes with my laptop but the future plan is to build a stationary PC, this is the first component.
I was so impressed with the screen quality that I am now thinking of purchasing a larger screen (~32 inch?) to utilise as a replacement TV as I have a sound system that I use for audio purposes anyway.
I highly recommend PixMania's service, it took only 2 working days for my monitor to be shipped from Belgium to Ireland, and I then received the monitor by 11.30 the next morning by local post.
Packaging was in perfect condition with only one scrape on one side of the box (as if someone pushed a sharp edge against it, but it really wasn't bad.). To be honest I have received parcels from local businesses that were in worse condition.
I found the camera that I was looking on pixmania with a good price. They did not cause a fuss about validating my credit card like some other online stores do, and they shipped the product the next day.
Due to a misunderstanding on my part, there was a problem in local delivery, but I called the customer service which was very helpful, and directed me to local solution options, as well as contacting the local postal service by themselves.
I would definitely recommend pixmania.
I do my research and shop around, pixmania usually has what I'm looking for at a competitive price. Estimate time to deliver always seems accurate and processing time is always quick when I order.
I never select the pixmania zen options and would prefer if it was an opt in option rather than an opt out option. They should word the description of the zen option a bit better too as it gives the impression that returning a faulty product is not an option without paying for zen and this from what the forums say is not the case.
I am delighted with my new modem and the experience of byuing online from Pixmania. Excellent product cheap and fast shipping. Would have absolutely no problem using Pixmania again.
I ordered a new monitor, starting at the weekend, two parcels were sent, one for the cables and such and another with the monitor, both arrived within a day of each other, both perfectly packaged and undamaged. The price was easily the best for the monitor and P&P was great too.
Ordered item on 7th January, payment was immediately taken from my card and order confirmation estimated delivery date to be around 17th January. No sign of delivery on 17th. Patiently waited and then sent email querying where my item was on 23rd, received a one line response advising me it will take 5 days to open a case with delivery company. Email response signed with no name just "customer care agent". delivery still hasn't arrived, now 8 days late with no follow up communication.
It's understandable that occasionally items can get delayed or lost in transit, but in these situations cases should be handled with a far better level of customer service and follow up communication then just a template 'fob off' email response with no further contact.
Will not be using this website again and will be strongly recommending others against using it too.

I ordered a Shuttle PC on 20th Dec, -no delivery by Jan 5th, so I filled out a customer service form on the website. No repsonse received, so I called (Jan 9th) and they said they hadn't received any communication from me. They checked and said it had been despatched and it would take up to five days for the courier to respond as to where the item was In the meantime, no refund or replacement was possible.
No further contact by Jan 23rd -two weeks later. I called again and they said the item (shuttle PC) wasn't in stock and that they had emailed me, but it probably was lost as spam. -They hadn't sent an email, it wasn't on our mail server.
I asked for a refund, which they said would take up to 10 days 'because of banking regulations'. Funny how the payment can be taken out in moments.
So In summary:
They said item was despatched then when it didn't arrive they said it was out of stock.
They said they hadn't received any notification from me despite completing an order-referenced contact form on their web site.
They said it would take five days to get back with an answer from the courier, they didn't get back at all.
They said they had sent an email when they didn't.
They said it takes up to ten days to refund money
