We all make mistakes and I made a mistake by sending an unedited print to Pixum for printing. The two photos I had on my desktop were similar and it was my fault that I clicked on the unedited one for sending. I noticed it immediately after I sent it and quickly emailed them to tell them of my mistake. I got an email back the next day to say once you send the order it cannot be cancelled. I would imagine local trading standards would have something to say about that. Fortunately, it was only 22 pence but it could have been a more expensive canvas etc. Therefore beware, make 100% sure you send the correct images or you will still be charged. Apart from that the quality of the product is very good

I ordered a photo book from Pixum and was delighted with the quality - but somehow the font on the title page was different from what I had ordered. Pixum immediately refunded my money and gave very clear instructions for me to re-order the book with the correct font! On both occasions, the book arrived very well packed and also well before the delivery date expected. I can't fault the people at Pixum and will recommend to all my friends. It is not only better quality than the one I ordered last year from Simply Photo - it was also cheaper - so overall a great product!. THANK YOU!
I'd never heard of the company or their service until I received a coupon with an ebay purchase. I was delighted as I've been building a collection of shots to get developed over the last couple of years. Even though I had a coupon for fifty free shots, since the price per shot was so low I decided to get more.

This was my third order with Pixum and, as usual, I cannot fault it. Three large Photobooks and one Poster print, all beautifully printed and delivered ahead of schedule. I had been told by a local printer that the photo was not high enough resolution to print at poster size, but my 60x90cm Pixum poster is crisp, sharp and perfect! I wouldn't go anywhere else now!
I have recently ordered an A3 acrilyic print. I spent a while comparing prices on the net and Pixum were offering a good price for this product. I read some of the reviews which seemed to vary. I was really impressed with the product, which arrived within the week. They had even managed to eradicate the smear that appeared on the original photo. I would definitely use this company again!
I recently compiled and purchased a Pixum Album for my daughters wedding. It took me a year or so to get a the photos together and arrange them. When the book arrived a week or so after ordering I was horrified to discover that I had made an error with the date on the first page of the album. Then, on close inspection I found that this affected only the one page and that it could be easily removed and replaced by simply removing three screws. All that I needed was the first page reprinted and my problem would be solved.
I wrote to Pixum explaining what had happened, that I had made a human error and asked if they could kindly print me the first page with the error corrected. This was their response.
"I am very sorry but due to the standarized production process of our Pixum Photo Books it is not possible so reprint single pages.
Please do not hesitate to contact us again, should you have any further questions! "
I find it unbelievable that a company that can produce an album cannot reprint a single page. It may not be standard procedure but in the name of good customer relations, a wise and decent thing to do.
Needless to say I will not be dealing with Pixum again.
No picture uploading with current software (windows). Hotline is aware of this error but tries tor avoid telling you the truth. However, the 2nd level support will tell you about the work-arround.

Delighted with the excellent quality of the Photobook I ordered, and also very pleased with the fast delivery. I uploaded the order on Sunday afternoon and received it on Wednesday morning. The Photobook was well packaged, so that it arrived in perfect condition. Will use pixum again for sure.
After 2 months and i have not received the photo album that i ordered , trying to communicate with customer Service was a disaster the first 2 emails gave me a different answer and the third was after a week no answer , avoid to deal with this Monkeys.
I previously had a photobook published by another photo processing company but after receiving the one you have produced for me I will have to re-do it and send that one to your company. A big thank you for your excellent service and outstanding quality my book is fantastic could not wish for anything better. I will certainly use Pixum for future projects I have in mind.
i worked for 12 months on a photographic nature diary which pixum printed for me. the photobook software worked well and uploading over 400 images without a hitch. the finished product was an impressive hard backed 130 glossy pages which did credit to my work input. everyone who has seen it agrees 'fantastic'. the cost might have appeared expensive but it only reflects the special quality of the book. i shall be ordering further copies.
After receiving 2 wonderful photobooks the third one I ordered arrived with some streaks on several left-hand pages which were not on the original photos. When I sent a photo to Pixum and explained the problem they reprinted the book and sent it to me at their expense, and were very helpful and friendly throughout the process. The new book was every bit as good as the previous ones.
I used the Pixum software to create a photobook of my son's wedding. It arrived yesterday and it is ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! I keep looking at it as I've never had such a beautifully printed book - and I've used a number of different services for photobooks. The quality of the printing is just incredible. Every page has been produced exactly as I designed it and the cover printing and binding is perfect. I chose to have the 'photopaper' pages and it's well worth the extra cost, they are more cardweight than paper with a lovely satin finish, and it gives the whole book a luxurious feel. I had to wait a little longer for delivery because Pixum do regular production line quality checks and they'd been dissatisfied with their first print of my book, so they reprinted. I was notified of this delay promptly by email and given a new delivery date - it arrived a day early. I have now ordered 2 more books from them, as a keen photographer print quality is important to me, so I will most certainly be using Pixum in the future.
I had two desktop calendars made and they look completely professional- people at work were amazed the photos were mine.
They did take longer than I expected but I received an email explaining the delay so it wasn't a problem.
My order was very carefully packaged as well- no damage to the photos I ordered at the same time- would definitely recommend!
i've tested many online photo printing services and by far these guys are the best. the service is ridiculously fast as well regardless of quantity of prints.
i can definitely assure of their services and will be looking into trying out some of their other products too (i'm sure they won't dissapoint)

I chose Pixum from the huge list that came up when I needed prints and googled for companies, due to their easy to use website and reasonable prices. The ordering procedure was foolproof with plenty of info as I went along, and when the prints came they were probably better than I was expecting. A slight technical problem was dealt with swiftly, with lots of updates on what was happening, and finally concluded very fairly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pixum

Desværre har pixum tilsyneladende ikke nær samme respekt for forsendelsen som f. eks. foto.com (som sender billeder i en solid plastboks) og den kuvert af genbrugspap(ir) billederne var sendt i var ikke ligefrem vandskyende og billederne var fugtige inden i kuverten. Kuverten havde ikke direkte været udsat for vand men var sikkert af så dårlig papirkvalitet at den havde suget fugt til sig undervejs i januarvejret. Det er nok til dumpekarakter.
Ellers er billederne i fin kvalitet, papir (kodak), farvegengivelse osv. er der ikke noget at indvende imod.
Desværre giver Pixum ikke muligheden for at vælge mat overflade på billederne (begrundet i kvalitet, hvilket er absurd) og giver mest af alt indtryk af at være lavpris stordrift på bekostning af forbrugerens valgmuligheder.
Det kan også være fint nok til feriebillederne, men hvis man vil lidt mere er foto.com eller billedbutikken.dk måske nok mere indlysende valg.
We have ordered 3 photo albums from pixum and they have consistently delivered a high quality photo album which has exceeded our expections. The photo album software is easy to use, although it can be improved in a few areas of editing functionality. Overall we would and have recommended pixum to friends who want a high quality and reliable photo album solution.
I've used Pixum quite a few times and had no problem with them.
Last order was a Phot Book I wanted as present. Photos were nearly all old B&W's scans and I was over the moon with the results.
The software is great, although I found the text a bit fiddly. But definately worth a few practice runs before you do the final version.
The only thing which prevented this product getting 5* is that the delivery time quoted was exceeded.
Hints for users of the photobook software - take your time to get to know it well and don't be frightened to start over to get exactly what you want. Don't try and put too many pictures on 1 page.
Be careful with the image masks as some of them are a bit severe.
I'd improve the software by allowing pages to be reordered.

this company is very helpful an very speedy with their customer service replys, my package went missing due to the recent royal mail strike, pixum customers services were speedy with their replys an very helpful. Would recomend to all as their goods are top quality, i used them to make a photo book for a test run before i use them to do my wedding photos, i will def be going back to them
my first photobook was a bit of a disaster, the pictures came out dark and under exposed. Pixum, after a couple of weeks and a few emails, refunded all my money. I was left dissappointed with the album but satisfied with the customer services. As all my normal pictures are great with pixum, last week I took up their 2 for 1 offer with their new photo paper book. Delivered in about 1 week with DHL which was a pleasant suprise as I was dreading the postal stikes causing a delay. The albums were excellent, good quality thick paper with a satin sheen effect. The pictures where exactly as I had designed. My only warning would be to be careful about picture brightness. I inceased the brightness tone of my pictures so that they were as bright as the backgrounds which are supplied in the software and those came out fantastic. The odd picture which I missed was a little on the dark side but perfectly viewable unlike my very first album. So, all in all, very happy and glad I went with pixum. This album as almost as good as the £300 coffee table wedding album i saw recently. Pixum, if you are ready this, how about a brightness indicator in the software like the pixal quality one.
Firstly, the Pixum photobook software is an absolute delight to use! It is very easy to do exacltly what you want and get professional & artistic results. The standard templates are really useful, the assistant is great. I can't recommend it enough! I created a gorgeous hard back panoramic book as a wedding present. It came back exactly as I had designed it. I ordered it on Sunday and received it back on Friday morning. I am so relieved it came back as stunning as it did. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND NOT A SINGLE PROBLEM! THANK YOU!
Having surfed around for somewhere to print off 100s of photos, I came across Pixum and was delighted with their service! It was SO easy to upload photos from my desktop, unlike some other websites! i have had problems with some other photo printing sites, and have asked pixum for some sample prints (which many other companies were reluctant to do). pixum even gave me free shipping on those samples.

Brilliant! The contact with Pixum was second to none. I was emailed and asked if I would change the original size that I ordered owing to it becoming blurred. Would not hesitate to use again, in fact I will only use this company in the future.

I was completely blown away by the quality of the product I ordered - it's far far better than I expected - I ordered an Easybook and am going to get another one to commemorate my granddaughter's first birthday. It was fun and easy to create the book as well.
Absolutely dire. My girlfriend tried to order a picture book weeks before the Christmas deadline. They failed to meet deadline and wouldn't change delivery address so that she could get the potential gift delivered to home address.
When it did arrive (in January) there was no cover. In return for their incompetence, they offered a whole 20% refund. That was after numerous e-mails to their god-awful customer service department and after sending proof vis photograph of the piece of turd they had created.
