Used to enjoy their pizza,but now in doubt.
Last visit to PizzaExpress was a bit of dissapointment. Calzone I ordered had some bits burnt and the filling wasn't that great -JUST regular. Don't want to write off that restaurant completely - everyone deserves a second chance, most of my visits there were pleasant after all. Won't be asking for calzone though.

Good for night out with friends
I really like this restaurant for a week day tea with friends. Food is good and staff helpful. Prices are good and there's always deals to be found. I would like more options for food other than pizza and pasta. Most other Italians off some meat and veg options which would be nice. My only other criticism is that the Melanzane Parmigiana which used to be my fav. has dramatically reduced the amount of Aubergine it has in it now so its more sauce and less food.

What a great resturant...!!They are starting to do some other fab stuff like large salads if you're in to that sort of thing and they always have new pizza's coming out all the time.
