I ordered some noise cancelling headphones from Planetgizmo after searching around online. Always slightly concerned when the cheapest place is somewhere I've not heard of, but after looking on here at reviews decided it was legit.
Ordered product, and was delivered in the timeframe stated during order process.
Don't think you can ask for much more.
Would use again.
So I ordered a Conran Iphone dock, only to be told 24 hours later by PlanetGizmo that they didn't have it in stock, so they took the money from my account and now I have to wait for it to be put back into my bank account. Then I went on their site the following day and I was still able to order the same item (although it was I presume still out of stock), No message as to when or if they will get stock in... so all in all a waste of customers time...they can't even be bothered keeping their website up to date.
I think my you review says very little really you only have to look at the star rating for this company or the myriad of reviews that follow below. It is a review though non the less so let share my experience with you.
The site is clean, clear and well presented. There are different payment options enough to please most and the prices are highly competitive, infact for the item I desired they offered the best price available. Factor in a discount if you pay via debit of 5% it just gets better and better.
Emailed throughout the whole process and they even make sure you have all the details by the close day (tracking codes etc).. The best is to come though...

I know this is in small part to the excellent dpd here but needles to say that for just £4 I had my items at my door in under 24 hours, yip a whole our before thetime the time I had ordered them the previous day (I think that made sense).
I have to award this company 9.9 out of 10, why drop .1 of a mark, I just wish they carried a slightly wider portfolio, perhaps the schiit range of headphone amps or days but that's just me wanting my cake and eating it, not to mention a cherry on top.
Should you use them? Yes you would be mad not to. A free phone number from what I gather manned by helpfull informative staff. Hyper über fast delivery, clear straight to point emails with no fill and some of the best prices to be found. I would like to say to planet gizmo a genuine thank you for a hassle free v smooth experience...

Found the company from a Google search for a specific product. I was pleased with the ease in which I was able to place my order. Moreover, and what was especially helpful to me, was NEXT DAY delivery at a reasonable price!
5 stars if I receive my headphones tomorrow! (I couldn't find the cut-off time for next day delivery so I've got my fingers crossed order was placed in time.)
I am still waiting for my (delivery is at 3 o clock 26-11-2012) but can't wait to appreciate planet Gizmo for their customer care.As soon as I purchased the item from their website i got my confirmation letter and followed by dispatching information mail.What I really appreciate is the messages they sent to my email mentioning about the delivery date and further delivery arrangements.After that today they text me about the exact time of delivery so that I will know when my product is coming and i can arrange other works.
I bought product from jessop's (the worst customer care ever) and other companies but nobody made feel comfortable and valuable like planet Gizmo did.These confirmation emails and text messages made me trust them.I will be purchasing my future products from planet Gizmo and wish them a great growth in their buisiness

Initial bought a dension iPhone dock, which broke some 5 months later. Contacted planter gizmo who then advise me to send back at which they will send to the manufacturer. This they did for me, and send a brand new unit too me! Thanks for everything, saving me £85!
I cannot fault this company. In times of a recession they can be contacted free of charge by telephone and their free express delivery service is second to none. Oh! and excellent customer service as well!
called them up with queries and doubts of getting a product and was absolutely amazed with the professionalism and politeness of the person from the call centre! all doubts cleared and determined to get that product now! excellent service indeed (Y)
I purchased a H4N package, which was easily the best deal that I could find on-line.
This was delivered to Ireland in just over 2 days from placing my order, Amazing.Also very quick to resond to a query I had.

Ordered and Audyssey Dock which arrived promptly but then had problems with the switch. Within 3 days, a new one was delivered and swapped on my doorstep for the non functioning one. Just superb.

Ordered a NAD Viso 1, after another company said it was out of stock and take 5 weeks to get. Planetgizmo sorted me right out, ordered saturday, delivered wednesday (after a 24hr delay by the delivery company). Customer service has been top throughout.
Highly recommend both the product and the company, now if only there was a loyalty discount.......
I bought a pair of beat by dre studio headphones back in january 2010 and by september 2010 they stopped working correctly. After numerous emails and phone calls no-one ever got back to me about replacing them. Absolutely appalling customer service. Im hindsight I should have paid extra for an extended warranty with some high street store than be left with a pair of faulty headphones with the false pretence that they would be covered for 2 years.
I purchased the Zoom H4n digital recorder, that i needed to have within 6 days due to filming commitments (my fault for leaving it so late). I contacted Planet Gizmo after i placed the order to let them know my predicament. They emailed me straight back to say there was a slight delay with the stock coming from Zoom, (which ordinarily would not have been a problem, but i needed the recorder ASAP) but they assured me i would receive it in time.
Over the next couple of days they kept in constant contact with me and even telephoned the evening the item was dispatched. I received the package the next day, which they assured me i would a few days before.
I am a very happy customer!

i did'nt receive any shipping info after my order, so i mailed the customer service and i had an almost immediate answer from Mr Robert Cooper with all the info and links to track the goods..

Very bad: I bought two speakers. It seems it was attempted to deliver them at our house, but we were not at home at that moment. The delivery company did not leave a note. Ten days later I informed why it took so long and then the delivery company admitted they had lost the package and they adviced me to contact Planet Gizmo. So I mailed them (Which i had done before, to get some information) about 4 times, but there was no reply anymore at all.
So I contacted Paypal and in the end of that process Paypal gave me my money back.
It was quite unexpected because I had read good reviews of Planet Gizmo
I ordered a pair of Grado RS1i headphones late on a Friday, specifying Saturday delivery.
Planetgizmo contacted me shortly after to explain that I had ordered very close to their collection time, but they were doing their best to get the headphones to the courier.
They arrived early on the Saturday morning via DPD.
I was delighted, both with the headphones & Planetgizmo's above & beyond efforts to get them to me.
I will be recommending them to others.
