Exellent help on the telephone
I haven't received the product yet (so perhaps I might update this at a later date) but the guy I spoke to on the telephone was really helpful regarding all the questions I had, and offered to make sure the item was delivered promptly at no extra charge because I need it in a hurry! Thank you very much.

Excellent fast service
I ordered a Vita R2i late afternoon at the best price I could find on-line.
It arrived by DPD fully tracked courier service much less than 24 hours later, and in the middle of the 1-hour time slot shown in the tracking info.
It was in its original packaging and then in a strong outer box. This is important as the Vita packaging is very high-class and could have been damaged without the outer box (the unit even comes in a thick fabric drawstring bag inside its box).
I wish I had bought my Vita R4 here as well, I may have got a better deal (I bought it locally).

Extremely helpful service!
I called to check on a small detail on the Zoom H2 recorder. Robert answered and was friendly and very informative about the product. He helped me make an informed choice between this and the H4N in a jiffy, which I'd been mulling over for a very long time and had read up on at numerous websites. Thanks!

Cowon X7: Fantastic service from Planetgizmo apart from one small drawback
Order was processed and despatched with one hour of being placed, however my small complaint is that the despatch e-mail contained a tracking number but did not specify which courier was used.
Their "delivery & shipping" help pages specifies three possible couriers (City Link / Royal Mail /DPD) with example tracking numbers for each, but my tracking number did not work on any of these company's websites!
Despite this, my X7 arrived within 24 hours of ordering and it turned out that FedEx was used to deliver it even though they are not even mentioned on the Planetgizmo web site!
It was packaged in a large jiffy bag and consequently the outer box did get a little bit battered, but the contents were still in good condition.

Superlative service, fast delivery
The best deal for Edirol R-44 that I could find on the internet, not only great price but included free CB-44 bag and Koss headphones. Very courteous phone call to confirm despatch and delivery date, followed by email with tracking info, culminating in ultra quick delivery. I do a lot of internet shopping and this company has demonstrated the best performance I have come across from online retailers. The product is excellent for my needs, the service from Planetgizmo is superlative and second to none. I would heartily recommend the company for price, service, product repertoire and delivery. Excellent performance to be proud of, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Good service and prices
Easy to use website with great prices. I bought an Altec Lansing ipod dock which was advertised with a free gift, however the link to show what the free gift was didnt work. A quick phone call to a very helpful staff member quickly answered all my questions about the promotion.
I have only just placed the order so can't comment on the actual item or postage, but based on my experience so far I would definitely use PlanetGizmo again.

Great Service
Ordered an H4N Zoom recorder bundle, it arrived very quickly, no problem but without the 4GB stick that was supposed to be in the bundle, so a quick email and the company confirmed they had sent one out which arrived the next day.
Good speedy feedback and responding to an issue immediately. I wish all online companies took the same approach.

Top Review For A Top Company
One of the best designed shops i've ever seen, easy to use, quick to load, fantastic. Being a web designer myself, I was incredibly impressed from the moment I landed from google - Popped what I wanted into the search bar, and there was a drop down of suitable products - Picked the one I wanted, phoned up on their free number to double check a few things. The customer service guy didn't know himself but I was told he'd ask a collegue and got all the answers I needed. Ordered online and was eligible for free delivery - even though it stated 'standard delivery', I was suprised to see the product the next day!! Phoned up for a little help setting up and the person I spoke to was very helpful. All in all a top notch experience, would definately use again if I ever need another fatman product!
