5 Star customer service
In March I ordered 2 peonies, which arrived, beautifully packaged, but at that time were still dormant. Unfortunately, they 'remained that way', though I gave them 6 weeks, before writing to Plantify. Within what seemed only minutes a had an apologetic reply to my e-mail, plus another, advising me that replacements were on their way. When the plants arrived, they were of superior quality, really healthy and in bud, ready burst into bloom. Many thanks, plantify, I'll be back.

reasonably fast delivery, good price and decent size plant
I ordered a plant, which was delivered in around 5 days. Good communication on the delivery. The plant was considerably larger than I expected. On auction sites, these plants were being sold for around £5 for 30cm height. The plant I received for £18 was around 1.5 metres in size, in good condition.

Damaged plant!!!
Good price, good delivery, but my plant " Day Lily" had fallen on it's side inside the box and all the leaves were broken and damaged, if this had not happened I think the plant would have been great value, I suspect it needed a bit of extra packaging between the plant and the box. Still the plant will survive and the leaves will grow back. Not much more I can add really.

Fantastic.

Beautiful plant, great packaging and price
I bought a Holly and it is simply beautiful and very healthy. The packing was exceptional and the plant survived the journey very well. I would have liked a option of a faster delivery however the company did deliver in the specified timescale - the communication was exceptional.

Strong, healthy garden plants dleivered super-fast
I ordered a penstemon from Plantify. It is one I had been looking for for a long time and could not find in any garden centre. Plantify had a huge stock of penstemons and delivered my order very quickly indeed. Theplant was a substantial size and was a very good price. I will certainly buy again.

Vibrantly healthy plants
We had a planting scheme completed for our patch by a professional, she was excellent and bamboozled us with Latin names - all great plants from the photos she had in the plan. Unfortunately I could not find many of them in garden centres around us, when I did they were hugely expensive. So to Plantify, type in the Latin, get the plant - fantastic not a penny spent on fuel driving round garden centres. I was slightly worried about the plants coming through the post but they arrived a couple of weeks ago, we planted them out and they are going great guns, vigorous, healthy and putting on new growth. This was a trial, we have 2 more big borders to plant up and I will definitely use Plantify as my first port of call.

Excellent, Service, excellent plants
Having bought my perennials from local often over priced garden centres, with limited choice, i decided to try Plantify. I was not disappointed, they have an excellent, wide range of plants. I have since gone back for more. Delivery estimates are accurate and customer service by phone is personable and extremely helpful. Highly recommended

Excellent service
Wide variety of plants to choose from. Shipping cost is excellent value, plants are very well packed up for postage...hours of fun undoing it all. I received healthy looking plants, which were a good size, with which I am very pleased. Recommended.

Good value and decent size
Plants arrived well packaged with no damage - one was in excellent condition, the other looked a bit shabby but it just might not have come into season yet. Often the size of mail order plants can be disappointing but I was pleasantly surprised by these for the price.

Omg, this company is the dogs.... Superb plants, healthy, raring to go and packaged so brilliantly took me ages to unpack them all, fresh as a daisy (although I didn't order daisies...) and no damage! Heating recommend......

When it's good it's very very good, when it's bad it's very promptly put right!
Moved house recently to a rural property with a big but never landscaped garden.
Chose plantify in the first place for their wide range and sensible delivery charges. Have placed something like a dozen orders in the last 6 weeks, without checking probably 50+plants and a value between £1000-£1500.
The majority of the plants have been exceptional quality and some notably big at the price. In a couple of cases I'd impatiently ordered duplicates from Suttons and the difference in quality was night and day in favour of Plantify.
Couple of occasions Plantify's supplying nurseries have mislabled the variety incorrectly and on these two occasions correct replacements have been supplied without fuss.
Although I've placed all my orders online, for after-sales queries I've dealt in the main with Andrea and Susan who each seem to sincerely care about customer satisfaction.
I've placed another order today - shows I'm happy!

FANTASTIC COMPANY
I would not hesitate in recommending this company and would definitely use them again.. The standard of the plants were brilliant and the packaging superb. I could not fault them and the delivery was super quick too.

Goes the extra mile and superb, healthy plants
I chose Plantify for their range and their reviews and I couldn't have chosen better. People often judge companies on things that go well but I think a better testament is how prepared they are to put things right. Plantify delivered in person on a Bank Holiday because Yodel had an issue. I could have kissed the man when he turned up as I was so impressed. The plants themselves were in fantastic condition and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again...absolutely brilliant service and quality...can't rate them highly enough.

Absolutely impressed!
Was looking for a particular plant and found this website. Thought that the size of the plant was probably exaggerated or the pricing was incorrect. How wrong I was! The plant arrived exactly as described and was possibly the healthiest specimen I've ever bought online. Not a sign of any damage either due to the excellent packaging. I do not hesitate to recommend this retailer. (Others take note: first impressions DO count.)

Better than I ever expected
This was the first time I have ordered from Plantify. I asked them to deliever my plants on a specific date - job done. The price I paid was a third of what i would have paid at a garden centre - the quality of the plants was second to none and the packaging used was excellent. No more visits to garden centres for me in the future - BRILLIANT SERVICE !

Could not have expected more!
This was my first experience of Plantify which certainly won't be my last! Stocked exactly what I was looking for and the price was very competitive even when adding on the very reasonable delivery charge. The shrubs - superbly bushy and healthy, arrived in perfect condition thanks to the high quality of the packaging. Delivery was very fast with full updates throughout. All shrubs now planted and looking good! Well done to all concerned.

Plants tiny compared with images
I saw some plants on a gardening program and ordered what I thought would be the same. Whilst they arrived in good condition I was surprised at just how small they were. I'm unsure now whether to plant out straight away or to wait a few weeks to grow in the one litre pots in which they arrived.

Good plants and good service
Found Plantify one of the few companies selling the variety I wanted. Prices were good and courier delivery price ok. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast delivery and packaging was excellent, little risk of damage with that level of care! The plants were healthy and as described. No qualms and recommend for quality and value of plants. I know delivery costs are expensive, I recently found out when sending a parcel, so Plantify's costs are reasonable, they did make sure the plants were safe during transit, so the cost was justified. I am just tight!!

Excellent quality of plant, excellent value, and great care taken in the packaging,
I found Plantify on a google search, and they were truely excellent.
- You find plants that a not available in the Garden Centre chains or local nurseries.
- The plants are in excellent health with a strong root system.
- The plants arrived, each in its own strong cardboard box, placed inside a larger box. No plant had suffered any damage whatsoever
- Even with the postal charge they represent excellent value for money. Garden Centre's now charge £8 and more for a 2-3 litre pots. Plantify charged £5 for these rare choices.
I'd definitely use these guys again!

Good healthy plants at the best prices around.
So glad i found plantify. I found their prices better better than most and their customer service fantastic. I received a text message in the morning telling me my plants were on the way and once delivered i found healthy plants well packaged and in good condition. Delivery cost is very reasonable too. All in all Plantify is simply the best.

Lovely choice of plants
I bought 5 plants which arrived in a short time and packed very well. However, one of the plants a hardy geranium was just a stump with no growth on it at all. The others were fine with plenty of green leaves. I was very disappointed and emailed and phoned the company who told me to plant it and give it a month and wait for it to emerge. I was told that they would send me a replacement if it failed. In spite of this, I would still recommend the company and would probably buy from them again.

I Love Plantify!
Came across this site as the only supplier of a plant I wanted who shipped to N.Ireland.. So impressed with the range on offer and prices! It was great to see suggestions on planting partners and photos of the plant in situ in gardens. Needless to say I ordered a few plants (the postage was the same!) and they arrived really well packaged. Also love the free garden planner! I will definitely be using Plantify in future!!

Makes buying plants really easy
I was recommended to use Plantify by Annie Gatti, the garden journalist, and I am so grateful to her. We had to fill a lrage shady, dry bed and it would have taken ages via garden centres. The Plantify website is extremely easy to use and really attractive. As you add plants to your basket a tiny pictures comes up which is a very useful reminder. i needed to change the suggested delivery date because we were away and the office couldn't have been more helpful or more pleasant. The plants arrived exactly as promised and then, to add to the pleasure of the experience, they came beautifully and safely packaged.A fabulous company - I shall definitely use them again.

Good quality plants, grown in UK, delivered well packaged and excellent customer service.
it is always tough buying plants online, you are never quite sure you will get what you would have happily chosen for yourself quality-wise at a nursery. Plantify had an excellent choice of plants, and it appeals to me that they are all UK grown too. They came very well packaged, arriving undamaged and when I was told they would. All the plants were excellent quality, and I will certainly use them again. There was a small problem with my order - one of the plants was unavailable - and I got a very helpful and friendly call from their customer services who sorted it out to my complete satisfaction.

Excellent service and plants
Very pleased with the plants that I bought which if anything were better than I was expecting. I was particularly pleased with the care that had been taken in packaging the plants, which was excellent, meaning that they arrived in top condition.
This is the first time I have used Plantify but I will certainly buy from them again.

Amazing service, best prices online and the plants arrived in fantastic condition
As I had over 60 plants to buy I spent a lot of time shopping around. The fact that I could buy from one website every single plant (down to the exact variety) that I wanted was brilliant, but it wasn't just the amazing range they can get their hands on but they were also the cheapest by far. Crocus.co.uk was offering most 2l pots between £8-£10, Plantify were giving me 3-5l pots for far cheaper. I was therefore slightly concerned on what the quality was going to be like. But as they were saving me over £300 I thought I'd give it a go. And I'm so glad I did. Not only did the plants arrive in amazing condition and are now thriving, Plantify went all out to get them to me on the day I required - to the extent they got their own driver to deliver them to me 35 miles away rather than use a courier. I wish I could remember the lady's name in customer service - Michelle? - but I really want to say a massive thank you to her, she was constantly in touch and updating me. An online company with a personal service. Can't ask for more.

Exceptional service
I'm glad I was invited to review Plantify as I wanted to make public my appreciation for an absolutely exceptional service. I ordered several plants including shrubs and trees and all were immaculately packed and delivered within days without any damage. The actual plants were far superior specimens to those that I'd checked out at my local garden centre just a few days before, leading me to believe they really do source the best - and won't fob you off with duff plants. Having planted them all out, they're now thriving. Frankly this is about as good as it gets with online purchases. I can't see me buying plants from anyone else again.

Outsatnding, amazing service and quality plants, will be back!
This has to be the best online plant comapny in the world. i rang them for help and advice and they seemed to know everything, plus they were so kind, patient and interested, a reall personal touch - something which is becoming a rareity!
