I ordered a DVD via PlayTrade (howard99 .. Definitely avoid) and never received it. I tried 4 times to contact the seller and got diddly. I tried to follow the procedure to make a claim but it kept telling me to contact the seller !!! I have sent numerous emails to Play.com support, and after being repeatedly told to contact the seller (this was via an auto generated response), I finally got an email telling me that they were very sorry and there's nothing they can do for me !!! Then they had the cheek to say I should keep trying to contact the seller !! I have been ordering from Play.com for 11 years nowe (nearly 800 items) and this was the best they could do ... Well all I can say is thank god for Amazon & Ebay 'cos I won't be using Play.com anymore.
