Very unprofessional!

I've pre-ordered some items (The 69 Eyes) for 70 € in August regarding the release of the album "X" on September 28th. It's now October 8th, and I haven't received my items. Last week on October 2nd I got an e-mail that included the text: " I am pleased to tell you that shipping will finally start TODAY." And the items are still not shipped! The money was charged from my credit card on August 29th. So I've paid for nothing! I'm so disappointed, especially because one of the items was a gift for my mother. I wonder if the items will ever arrive..
