The HP T120 we ordered was at a very reasonable price and it was delivered without any trouble within the next two days.
The purchase was easy and quick. Only one thing: we could not find the information for the capacity of the included ink cartridges, e.g. how many sheets your able to print with them.

Half my order arrived and I had to chase up the other half. After two phone calls finally I found out that the supplier did not have the missing item in stock, so there had been no communication between the different departments. The remainder of the parcel arrived today, three days after the first part and this was only because I had made contact with Plot-it. I do not think there was malicious intent and they were apologetic but it represented a loss of over three hundred pounds for me.
I searched around for the best price and Plot IT were cheapest. Not only were they cheap but the delivery was extremely quick, I ordered lunchtime and the delivery was first thing the next morning. I'd definitely recommend them.
I ordered a roll of A1 paper, received good service with notice given when then item was dispatched. Even though I ordered on a Bank Holiday weekend, the delivery was fast. The product itself is of excellent quality and is perfect for the arts project I am working on at university. Many thanks!
Placed order and waited for delivery. After several days passed and no stock delivered I rang to see what had happened to my order. I was told somebody would ring me back in five minutes with info. Nobody rang. Several hours later I rang again, was given another number to ring. Rang that number - because nobody answered on this number call diverted to Derby office, where a lady tried to help. Was quoted another two days for a part of my order as it was now 2.30pm. A Very disorganised business and not one to try to put things right quickly even though all their fault. Would not recommend using for any orders needed quickly as unreliable.
It was refreshing to deal with a company that understood my business needs and gave advice that was sensible and useful and clearly they were not just trying to sell me more expensive products than I needed. They were helpful and had all the technical expertise that I requested...even understanding working with Apple Macs! (a rare occurrence amongst techies). I have been so pleased with the advice they offered and the equipment is way better than I had expected.
If you have any problems or doubts about choosing the right equipment or supplies then I would not hesitate to give them a ring, although the website is so easy to use to order what you know you want...and it is very competitively priced as you will see. They deserve to do well.

Found plot-it to be a very reasonably priced supplier of tracing paper - even with delivery factored in it was significantly cheaper than elsewhere. Quality was excellent and the product arrived very quickly.
Only ordered a print head which could have been sent cheaper by post than the standard delivery and think this an option on the site, but found it difficult to understand how to do it.
Had a quick look round on the internet for AutoCAD LT 2014 software, came across Plot-IT who I have dealt with once before many years ago. Contacted them with a few questions. Got the answers I wanted.
Placed the Order straight away. Software arrived a couple of days later.
Recommended to another company who also placed an order a couple of days later.
Ordered some A2 rolled paper. All correct and good value. They even phoned me to mention a days' delay.
firstly thanks for your response. It's sad, that I had to post a review on a public site to get any response at all, but at last you wrote something. Just to put facts right. At focus the sale was done by <private data removed> who said, yes you send items to Hungary and it usually takes a week, and my item shouldn't take longer. Of course I wanted to benefit from the show price, that's why I went there. And I was happy to find your company, and buy the printer from you on the 6th of March. I explained that time is precious as my wife is expecting our baby on the 22nd of March and it would be bad to have the printer delivery then. I was told, that it should be with me before that date. For the delivery address, I gave you the exact address, with the 3rd floor and door number.
After that I sent a few emails to <private data removed>, later to <private data removed> (logistic) to get the estimated delivery time. It took a good few days, and I still have emails from <private data removed>. saying, he will chase up the guys to give me a date.
Eventually I received ETA from <private data removed> for the 21st or 22nd, latest. On that day I have received a phone call from the UK, that the printer is still in the warehouse...
Of course I wrote a bitter email about the situation to Plot-IT. After that email I received a call from a very kind and understanding lady, one of your colleagues who tried to speed up things. Unfortunately <private data removed> wasn't in then. She called me back and said that the delivery company informed her that I have refused the delivery. I never once refused delivery I wanted it delivered ASAP and when it arrived I had people here to move it to 3rd floor. I told her that nobody tried to deliver the printer and I would be happy if it would happen very soon.
Finally the Hungarian delivery company contacted me on the 27th and 28th and they tried to figure out how to deliver the printer which was posted as 150 kg item. It's another strange thing in the story, as the printer, packed is 75kg...
So at last I have received the printer on the very same day as my son was born on the 28th. This is what I wanted to avoid all along, but I managed to get home in time, arrange people to get the printer off the lorry and take it to my office. Then, I had to go back to the hospital.
Sorry about the long letter but I think it's correct to be factual. I know your company is selling great items. I had a very bad experience with you and it was all down to lack of communication and customer service. I still have all the emails so if you want to see the evidence, no problem. Although I think I draw a line here and get back to work and to my kids. I only wanted to inform others that things like this could happen.

Initial sales purchase made at Focus: Good
ETA given as within 1 week: Very poor this took 3 weeks and as a result, I lost money.
Follow up Customer Service: Very poor. No information was given from Company I had to continuously chase up. I spoke with a lady from Plot-IT more than 2 weeks after payment, who was very helpful, explained loss of earnings and I was told she would speak to colleagues and get back to me. I am still waiting...
Overall, was impressed when I met the company. I was hoping that it was the first of many purchases and would be able to recommend them to others in business. Now feel disappointed and dissatisfied due to VERY LATE delivery time and LACK of communication also LACK of compensation. It feels like once Plot-IT / <external link removed> has your money they do not value the customer.
I sent them the same email a week ago, no reply.
A disappointed customer who wouldn't deal with Plot-IT in the future or recommend them to anyone.
I have now bought and used 260gsm Gloss, Satin and Matte 24" roll papers from Plot-IT and can say that the quality and colour reproduction with my Epson 7800 is outstanding - clear, sharp, vibrant. I have also used the poly canvas and am also greatly impressed.
Regarding price; well, these are budget prices, but the quality is comparable with the top names.
Finally, service; excellent all round. I have always received my orders within the stated time-frame - and on occasion, have actually received it next day!
Full marks to Plot-IT. May you continue to flourish. You are certainly my supplier of choice.
