Worse than useless & none existent customer service!!
Goods didn't arrive and recieved no notification until I chased them and it still took three hours for them to reply. Second attempt and exactly the same. Third attempt with the promise of notification if goods not available for delivery so we didn't stay in waiting for no reason. And nothing....until 5pm when I finally managed to speak to someone who just wanted to put it back again. Each time I was given a different excuse, so asked for a refund and they made it as difficult as possible. We need it in writing, we need it in writing from our distribution warehouse, it's processed but takes 2-3 days, it's not yet processed be sues the MD needs to authorise it and finally MD is very busy issuing lots of refunds, he'll get round to it eventually. Finally I did get refund and then an email asking me to share my experience......wow completely unbelievable!
