Having ordered 2 double radiators I was delighted that they were delivered on the stated date, by a very efficient driver.
I have had to order replacement grill because of damage to one of the radiators, but the response from the lady at Plumbnation was very positive.
Good value, but the delivery service needs to be improved. I put my back out helping the single delivery driver. If my wife was at the house instead, the driver wouldn't have been able to offload the boiler.
We ordered an oil tank, we rang with queries and staff were very helpful....
BUT we weren't so happy with the delivery method. The delivery was on the day specified, a very pleasant driver
.. A forklift truck was used to load the oil tank onto the lorry but at our house the driver, all on his own, had to push and shove the oil tank onto the tail lift and then push it onto our drive.
The driver did his very best but why was he sent out on his own with no other means of moving the oil tank?
One doesn't spend all that money on an item for it to be treated as such and was not left anywhere close to the required site.
I have dealt with Plumbnation twice now and in both cases,
their website worked well.
Their delivery system worked even better, by keeping me informed
as to when the delivery was to be made.
So two deliveries and both very successful.

Order delivered quickly, but unfortunately a wrong part was sent, which delayed installation. The correct part was sent the next day, which was good, but as someone operating as a plumbing and heating engineer, I need more reliability, because errors cost time and money and do little for business reputation.
Purchased a Worcester 38CDi Boiler and liked them so much, went back and bought 10 Delonghi double radiators.I asked this company to do a price match. They beat the price, ordered it from near where I live and the delivery was prompt. Both orders arrived in the sealed manufacturers package. I would use them again! GREAT
ordered a roca vanity base unit, countertop basin and plinth totalling £580. the sales bloke could only give an estimated delivery date but said I would receive a email closer to the date to confirm delivery, I did but they was no time slot so I had to make arrangements for someone to be in all day.
I checked the items received after returning home from work to find no instructions, no fixings, no handles and plumb nation office closed ( I was eager to report the problem due to plumb nations strict returns policy).
I managed to contact them the next day and spoke to Debbie who said she would contact roca and deal with it. she contacted me to say its been sorted and arranged for them to be delivered. I once again checked the items received to find I was a handle short, still no instructions or fixings and the office closed.
I have contacted them again and I was referred back to Debbie who said she would contact roca and deal with it.
as of yet the situation has not been resolved, I haven't received a apology of any sort I will have had to wait for 3 separate delivery's (assuming it is sorted this time) and I've had to delay the start of the bathroom.
The website is very informative and easy to use, and the price was reasonable. The radiator was not a stock item, so I had to phone before ordering for an estimated delivery time. I was told about 5 working days, directly from Myson. The delivery was actually fulfilled by Plumb Center. I received no communication ahead of the delivery, so it is lucky that I was in to receive it.
The goods were fine but the plumber had specced wrong so I had to send them back. I sent them back as per the company's instructions. They refused to accept them because there was sellotape on the package to make sure goods were returned safely as well as my returns label. Nowhere on the instructions they gave me did it say that the goods would be refused if the original packaging was tampered with in any way. Nowhere did it say on no account to tape the package. The customer services person to whom I spoke was rude and unhelpful.
Has an exceptional range of products needed an unusal size radiator and they had 3 options available at all very good prices. Very small issue was that they couldnt deliver as quickly as i needed so had to collect myself.
Order was delayed due to awkward size radiator not being in stock but new delivery date duly come & order arrived as promised & driver could not have been more helpful.Would certainly recommend this company for future plumbing requirements.Excellent service.
I was expecting a delivery and I waited until 5pm and then called to chase.
Lady then called the warehouse to find out what had gone on. She then told me that my order actually hadn't even arrived in the warehouse so obviously wasnt going to be delivered to me that day. Why did it take me to call at the last minute to find this out??? Surely someone or some computer would have know that the items hadn't arrived at the warehouse and an email or phone call to let me know should have been the least Plumbnation did for me. All of a sudden after my calls I get sent a new email with new delivery dates on them!! Great!
Have used them for all the Rads in our house renovation and they are OK but their communication leaves a lot to be desired. I had an e mail advising me that the Rads had been delivered 3 days before the date of the e mail ! This was then followed up by a personal e mail confirming the delivery date of a radiator that I already had.
As I say they are a good company but definitely need to improve on the communication side of things.

Very, very pleased with my products purchased through Plum Nation. Delivery exceptional, had to rearrange delivery date as it was being delivered to early rearranged for the following day BANG ON!!!!! Only disappointment was the boiler dropped in price shortly after purchase a little gutting as all savings help!! in this harsh financial era everyone is experiencing
With the guidance of the web site we were able to purchase exactly what was required. Even the gas fitter/plumber utilised the website. Delivery was very prompt and the driver could not have been more helpful. Excellent firm.
The delivery driver informed me of his arrival in my area. We realised that his vehicle was too big to go up the rough track to my property. We met in a nearby village and transfered the cylinder to my own vehicle. All went well and the driver was very helpful.
