Superb, can't be beaten on price and delivery.

I required parts for my boiler and I found that Plumbtraders had the required parts at a lower cost than other sites. They advised me when the parts were dispatched - within 24hrs - and the next day they were due to arrive they emailed asking me to contact them if I hadn't received the parts by 3pm.

PlumbTraders OK , Product instructions poor .
The handling and delivery of my product was good apart from the late delivery which was suitably justified but not advised as soon as it was known this would happen . ( Late in the specified delivery day only ) .
The installation instructions from the manufacturer were poor and the product could not be installed in accordance with them as my installation aperture was close to the minimum specified in sales literature and confirmed as acceptable by Plumb traders . This made installaton difficult but not impossible .

Top Service
I ordered a worcester boiler, flue and accessories which arrived on time. It turned out that the programmer and thermostat were incompatible with this model of boiler. I returned them by post (at their expense) one day and received appropriate replacement by the next day. I was very impressed by their attitude and speed of response and would thoroughly recommend them. They are also very price competitive.
