I have dealt with Plumbworld before and have always had good service that is why I have returned again.I am having to return faulty toilet and will wait to see what the service is like. I would not hesitate to use Plumbworld again

I've ordered multiple towel radiators from these guys and a complete shower room (toilet, sink, cubicle, tray, table) Delivery and communication was good. A month after fitting, I noticed a crack in the sink but as I hadn't started using the room, it couldn't have been something falling on it. A few emails and photos later and I had a new sink sent next day delivery. (This was during the bad snows)

Can't fault them, would use again and recommend to others.
