I was after a shower, tiles and a bath screen – i ordered what i thought was the best quality for the best price at 3 different companies. The bath screen I got from Plumbworld. The order was smooth, it arrived quicker than i expected. All good so far!
A week later when plumber came to fit everything we realised the bath screen was faulty (a clear cut in the plastic). I went to call customer services only to find its email only – Emailed and got a response within an hour asking for pictures. I sent straight back and then waited for a response. The waiting was the worst (and then panicking after reading negative reviews on this and another site) – I eventually found a phone number, called and spoke to the customer service rep I was dealing with. He was great, very helpful, arranged for the new item to be sent out the next day (it was checked first, and packed very well) – No problems with the part (and its now installed).
So in summary – excellent price, customer service seemed good (but a lack of phone number isn’t the best customer service – however the individual dealing with my request was brilliant). Thanks
Easy to order of the site. Product came quickly enough. All in all a good service however just for ordering one item and this is my first purchase from this site, I have now received 9 emails. This is the only downfall as its now leaning towards being spammed!!
Not sure what to think, ordered a bathroom suit, there was no pedastel for the sink and the bath was broke in one corner, needless to say i emailed straight away, and bath next day when descovered.
Plumbworld said they would send pedastel from manufactures, no number,no details,have sent pictures of bath as they asked, just waiting.
I am thinking this could take some time, i really hope not, will sign in later and tell you the latest, i have to work very hard for the money they have taken already. COME ON PLUMBWORLD
Good range, good prices, appalling customer service!
Apart from one initial email reply, promising to ship the order, haven't had a reply to 5 emails since, and the order is still shown as "in warehouse" :-(
No telephone number available to talk to someone "our customer service team don't have telephones so we can handle emails quickly and efficiently" - er, it's not working like that though!
Kind of worrying when an internet company takes your money up front (8th March), and the goods are still sitting in the warehouse at 9pm on 12th.
Competitively priced and easy to order.The website is well designed and easy to navigate. I was informed when the package was shipped and it arrived the following day. A seamless transaction! I would definitely use them again.
Plumbworld appears to be an efficient organisation. However, I am concerned that there appears to be no telephone number that I can use to contact them if something goes wrong. For example, delayed or missing goods, faulty goods, technical issues etc.
Time is always of the essence, so an email contact (this appears to be the only option) doesn't really cut it.

I had no problem finding the product, the site gave me a good idea of the product - what it did, measurements and fitting.Having customer reviews - good and frank - was useful, although I had already have a presonal feedback from a buyer. The delivery was stated as up to seven days - it took less. I was kept updated daily on the progress of my order and which day it would be delivered so I could be in or arrange for a neighbour to take it in. I am currently waiting for the plumber to install it!
Ordered the Miras Event XS Thermostatic Shower from Plumbworld as it was priced very competitively. The shower arrived well packaged and within the time period agreed. Very good follow up service from the supplier checking to make sure all was well with the delivered product. Very happy with the good quality of service provided, will definately use this company again. Shower was easy to fit and I'm very happy with it.
I knew naff -all about showers, but I did know mine had stooped getting hot. A websearch found what I needed and the selection available. The general opinion was Triton or Mira were good makes. Plumbworld offered a Triton at an acceptable price and gave me a lot of info on the wattage, the application, what plumbing system it was suitable for and even then suppliers instruction book, which proved very useful in determining what extra bits I would need to make it all fit together. I ordered the shower and it arrived very quickly. And armed with the information from Plumbworld I swapped it out for our old one. Sorry plumbers and electricians, I followed the instructions to the letter and used all the right parts. No leaks in the piping and the cable is the correct one for the showers wattage and correctly terminated too. I'm all very happy! Thanks Plumbworld!

I decided to purchase an Aqualisa Midas 100 thermostatic bath/shower mixer to replace an electric shower. Plumbworld's price was the best I found on the internet. I chatted around for a couple of weeks to confirm that what I was proposing to do was sensible, and then placed my order at noon one day, paying a small premium for next-day delivery via City Link who fully lived up to their promise.
Based on my experience Plumbworld are geared up to offer keen pricing, convenience , speed and reliability and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Item arrived on time, no problems at all. Plumber fitted the pump in a.c. On floor. I cut a piece of 2" paving slab and bought a draper anti vibration mat from amazon, cut it up and placed a piece both on top and under the slab. This pump is not silent but I can't hear it in the next bedroom and you can't hear it in the bathroom due to noise from the shower itself. It runs 1 gravity shower perfectly, any more power would be too much.

I wish I hadn't ordered from this site, and certainly won't be doing so again.
I ordered a tap on 19th February, and paid the (what I felt to be very expensive) price of £5.97 for delivery. Based on the fact that my item is not particularly large, I found this to be very expensive and thought it would be with me promptly, given the expensive rate. I regularly order products online and don't think I've ever paid this much for delivery unless it was a next day service. Anyway, because I couldn't find any approximate delivery times anywhere on their site I went with it, assuming it would at least be sent first class and I would receive it within a few days.
It is now 10 days later and I STILL do not have my item. From what I can see online, it was sent out second class - £5.97 and you only get second class?! I have written three complaint emails, to which I have received short and rather rude responses and no attempts to rectify the situation. They haven't even given me a delivery date.
My opinion of this company is that the customer service is awful and the delivery service is very poor.
I am very disappointed and will be advising anyone I know to steer well clear!!
hopeless communication, no phone number to contact the company (the phone number they have on web, will lead you nowhere,waste your time and cost you money), so they decide themselves if they want to contact you back; not addressing customers by their name, do not resolve real issues, do not answer clearly the questions asked. Still do not know if my order is cancelled or not, still do not have my money back - they were very fast to take money for product that, as it turned out after the order was made, is not is stock, but have failed to return my money back- just decide they do not want e-mail me more at all... should I continue? - no point really... never again. At the moment they appear to be about to fraudulently take my money, and if it is not returned shortly, i will inform the police of the deception being practised on the web. The items out of stock, are currenlty being advertised as in stock ( 50 units) , so this is a false claim to theire mail saying the are not in stock. I do not want the valves, I needed them promptly fora job,now completed, so please just return my money back, guys...
Waited 10 days so far for order of a shower enclosure that was in stock!
When I asked Triton Shower Shop (Plumbworld) if I could return a shower that I did no longer need, I was pleased that they said ok as a good will jesture they would.
I sent it back , it was quickly inspected and they e mailed to say that if I sent my bank details they would reinburse me.
fantastic BUT No money has been forth coming.
despite several emails to 2 different people , We are all apparentely waiting for the person ( who probably doesn't exist) to authorise payment.
Do they deserve to get peoples business? I DONT THINK SO!!!
