Super service from start to finish

Previous discussions over a period of time with the Company about my selection had been extremely friendly and helpful and so I ordered a set of 3 Motorola DECT phones which seemed to arrive almost before I'd clicked "Pay Now" which was impressive compared to other sites. A whole year later one of the set became faulty - not PMC's fault - and without any hesitation they were happy to replace it for me. The replacement was despatched back to me the same day they received my faulty unit. Absolutely great service. Many thanks, I'm glad I chose PMC.

I ordered a Panasonic Cordless twin telephones plus answer phone. I had a phone call from PMC Telecom to say that my order would be arriving in four days time, which I thought was very nice of them to let me know. The phones came and they are excellent. I recommend using the PMC Telecom Company for their efficiency and very good explanatory catalogue.

I'd ordered a refurbished 1960s GPO phone. Unfortunately, it arrived faulty. One call to PMC resulted in an apology, a UPS return sticker being emailed and prompt replacement. Very pleased with what they did to help.

Telephone and headset arrived in a timely manner. When the headset went faulty, the returns process was profession and handled efficiently - I was provided with an upgrade as the previous model was not in stock. I ordered a 'phone / headset bundle mid-afternoon on one day and it was delivered before lunch, the following day - now that's good.
Unfortunately, I experienced an irritating buzz on the headset which was not audible on speakerphone or handset. I contacted PMC and their response was immaculate. Not only did they acknowledge the problem immediately but apologised for it and followed this up by replacing the complete bundle. Two days, I received the replacement and I am delighted with it.
It was a delight to work with a company that puts quality and service to the client high on their list of priorities. I will use this company again and unreservedly recommend it to others.

Stock levels completely imaginary

I tried to purchase goods from the site a while ago, and again very recently. In both cases the website showed items in stock, but both purchases were cancelled due to out of stock items that were at not going to be available for at least 2 weeks.

Get your system sorted and maybe people might not rate you as rubbish!

The site does indeed say when there's stock available but not how much stock is available, so if you try to order more than one item and we only have one in stock then we do always call or e-mail to let you know as soon as possible. We are currently looking at ways to improve the stock information on our site.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE AND DELIVERY

I ordered a Panasonic Cordless phone and was delighted to receive a well packed box no more than 36 hours after I ordered and purchased it. The price was the best I could find, having trawled through loads of sites on the internet for many hours.

I will be delighted to contact PMC Telecom next time I am in the market for a new phone as they certainly know their business and deliver a first class product with excellent speed.

Wow! - What a company - polite, accurate, efficient, exceeded expectations

I do not normally rate companies but strangely I do normally look for other poeples reviews before making a purchase, so I checked here first. I was certainly not dissapointed. In fact I was so impressed that I actually decided to submit this - my first ever review.

Basically I decided to phone through an order for a BT Paragon 650 with ADD-COM headset combo set. The chap on the phone was polite, seemed to be genuinely pleased to take my order and seemed determined to get it to my house the very next day even though the commitment is 2-days. Well I placed the order at 11:45am Tuesday 28.Apr.09. I received four email updates (3 x from PMC and 1 x UPS) and it arrived at spookily 11:45am Wednesday 29.Apr.09 - exactly 24 hours. Within 30 mins I had it installed, copied my contacts from my mobile SIM card and made my first call straight afterwards. Sound quality great and everything I wanted.

It is not often I am impressed - this time everything was 5 x Stars - well done PMCTelecom.

First time I've used PMC Telecom, & the service was excellent. Having placed the order, I had a subsequent query which was easily resolved by their staff via a quick phone call. The order arrived swiftly, was exactly what I wanted, & was very competitively priced. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Superb Service!!!

I wasn't sure which cordless phone to chose so I gave the number on the website a call. The guy I spoke to was very polite, knowledgeable and helped me narrow my selection down to a Siemens Gigaset S686 and a Panasonic KX-TG8323. I went for the Panasonic in the end and it was delivered a day earlier than expected... great phone, superb service all round, I really can't recommend these guys enough!
