This company is awsome! Firstly, I purchased a phone and headset last year, which arrived quickly and is a great product. But although the product is simple enough I needed help. So I called PMC, who bent over backwards to help me - so unusual these days. I recently had an issue with the headset and PMC dealt with it swiftly and efficiently at no cost to me. Plus they again assisted with set up. I cannot recommend PMC enough! P French, easilett, Lincoln.

Brilllian Retro Phone

I was getting very fed up with my cordless, bland, always in the wrong place phones so I purchased a purple Trim Phone. It is brilliant and so nice to hear a real "phone" ringing. The service and aftersales care is second to none and I would certainly tell my friends to visit this website if they are looking for something similar. I was desperate to obtain a specialised telephon for my wife's mother so that we could communicate and monitor her safety.
Found PMC telecom, via Google, and have been impressed with their service.
Order was dealt with efficiently, was dispatched and received within 24 hours. Well done PMC.
Phone was as described and seems to be of very good quality. It has clearly been designed to enable individuals with sensory problems to operate with ease.
Setting up the phone was relatively simple, all that remains now is to convince the mother in law she will benefit from this extra technology! It was either this or find an ear trumpet!!

Excellent that sums up PMC they were very quick with delivery.The telephone I ordered was well packaged and the courier company they used was bang on time with their delivery.I had an e-mail stating time expected for the delivery and it was right on time.Wish I could find something negative to say so you would believe me but it really was very very good I will use them again and that from me is good.

Delivery took less than two days, well packaged and as advertised. This is the third time I've ordered from PMC and the third time I've had this kind of service. Only slight problem was my misunderstanding really, I was sent an e-mail confirming despatch which also said the order was "completed" - on phoning the company [answered in less than a minute] I was told this meant the package had left PMC's hands and was with Royal Mail. No problem at all really, quickly resolved I mention it only as it highlights PMC's all round excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend PMCTelecom to anyone - in fact I already have ;-)

Handset and Headset Order

Basically, I ordered a headset from their website from previous ratings. There service was excellent, as was delivery. However, they did forget to send me the headset with the handset, I notified them of this, where they (without a bombardment of questions and hassle) dispatched a headset to myself, as expected in this situation. The phone itself works as described, would recommend them to any potential buyer. Model Quality of Service In my opinion.

My JPL501 Headset quick release split after 4 months. I rang PMC, they sent me return details by email. I sent the headset back at 4pm on Wednesday 12th May. Previous discussions over a period of time with the Company about my selection had been extremely friendly and helpful and so I ordered a set of 3 Motorola DECT phones which seemed to arrive almost before I'd clicked "Pay Now" which was impressive compared to other sites. I ordered a 'phone / headset bundle mid-afternoon on one day and it was delivered before lunch, the following day - now that's good.
Unfortunately, I experienced an irritating buzz on the headset which was not audible on speakerphone or handset. I contacted PMC and their response was immaculate. Not only did they acknowledge the problem immediately but apologised for it and followed this up by replacing the complete bundle. Two days, I received the replacement and I am delighted with it.

Stock levels completely imaginary

I tried to purchase goods from the site a while ago, and again very recently. In both cases the website showed items in stock, but both purchases were cancelled due to out of stock items that were at not going to be available for at least 2 weeks.

Get your system sorted and maybe people might not rate you as rubbish!

The site does indeed say when there's stock available but not how much stock is available, so if you try to order more than one item and we only have one in stock then we do always call or e-mail to let you know as soon as possible.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE AND DELIVERY

I ordered a Panasonic Cordless phone and was delighted to receive a well packed box no more than 36 hours after I ordered and purchased it. The price was the best I could find, having trawled through loads of sites on the internet for many hours.

Wow! - What a company - polite, accurate, efficient, exceeded expectations

I do not normally rate companies but strangely I do normally look for other poeples reviews before making a purchase, so I checked here first. I was certainly not dissapointed. In fact I was so impressed that I actually decided to submit this - my first ever review.

Basically I decided to phone through an order for a BT Paragon 650 with ADD-COM headset combo set. The chap on the phone was polite, seemed to be genuinely pleased to take my order and seemed determined to get it to my house the very next day even though the commitment is 2-days. Well I placed the order at 11:45am Tuesday 28.Apr.09. I received four email updates (3 x from PMC and 1 x UPS) and it arrived at spookily 11:45am Wednesday 29.Apr.09 - exactly 24 hours. Within 30 mins I had it installed, copied my contacts from my mobile SIM card and made my first call straight afterwards. Sound quality great and everything I wanted.

It is not often I am impressed - this time everything was 5 x Stars - well done PMCTelecom.

Superb Service!!!

I wasn't sure which cordless phone to chose so I gave the number on the website a call. The guy I spoke to was very polite, knowledgeable and helped me narrow my selection down to a Siemens Gigaset S686 and a Panasonic KX-TG8323. I went for the Panasonic in the end and it was delivered a day earlier than expected... great phone, superb service all round, I really can't recommend these guys enough!
