Great!!! couldn't be more helpful
Had a picture of a city landscape. Contacted point101 about getting it split into three canvases. They couldnt of been more helpful in making sure it was what I wanting.

Perfect job and super-fast delivery
I needed a panoramic image on Fotospeed matt ultra paper, but I needed it fast. Not only did the print I ordered on Monday arrive on Wednesday, but the quality from Point101 is simply superb. 10/10

Our perspex picture looks fantastic
The Point 101 website is wicked; I love the way it tells you if your JPG is big enough in seconds. We ordered a 51inch perspex picture, which looks great. The image is sharp and the colours are incredibly vibrant. It was easy to screw it to the wall with the chrome fixings. It was delivered safely by DHL and I like the way that Point 101 don't add on a sneaky delivery charge; it's all included. Highly recommended.

Top quality canvas print.
I bought my panoramic canvas print on a whim, which was easy to do because Point 101 made the process so simple. This is the first time I`ve had one of my photos printed on canvas and think it looks great. I`d recommend this to everyone who is thinking about it. The only niggle was the price, it is expensive but the frame is a very strong build and the print is top quality.

Absolutely top notch service!
The photo was not the easiest to process there being a lot of light and shadow. It was a group photo of around 100 people as part of a leaving present and the detail was excellent throughout. The frame was also well constructed. Excellent job all round and thoroughly recommended.

You have responded to my E mail at once, informative and pointing me the right way.
Had a lot of difficulties to explain what I wanted and the format ect ... but got some help from Point 101 and did manage to place my order after many mails.
Would recommend this company anytime.

slow
this is the second time I have ordered from Point 101. This first time I had to email and ask where my order was as I received no word after three weeks. This time I have waited ten days with my order showing as processing. I will never use this company again.

I am very sorry that you are not completely satisfied. I have looked at your order and it is for a framed print. The turnaround for framed prints is clearly stated on both our product page at the top: point101.com/frame_and_print and in our shipping information here: http://www.point101.com/shipping. Standard turnaround is 9 to 10 working days, your current order is coming up to 7 working days as we had the bank holiday and will be shipped on time so you will receive it shortly.
We do have a priority service for a 5 to 7 working day turnaround for an extra £15 and if you are trade customer you get free priority services for most of our products. If you ever need an update on your order, more information on our turnaround times or need us to turn around a print for a deadline, you just need to email us or give us a call on 020 7241 1113.

A company thats gives a S**T !!
I am a photographer and I have being using Point 101 for numerous years, I have tried the rest, and these are the best ! Value for money, you cannot beat them. The quality they produce is stunning.
If you have any problems or questions they will immediately sort it, in this day and age its refreshing to deal with someone, who cares about customer service.

Glass was broken during shipping !!!!
To whom it may,
Yes, the glass of the frame was broken when I unpacked the picture.
To be honest I had an idea it was even before I unpacked it. The box it was in was clearly not up to the job..... the print was also scratched so even replacing the glass will not rectify the problem.
Unfortunately only a replacement will do. I say unfortunately because your whole process and model is fantastic which made it even more disappointing.
I would appreciate it if you could contact me on 07768304896 to discuss the next step.
I am a keen photographer that would like you use you guys more in the future so I am hoping for a swift reaction.

Great UI, great turn around, AMAZING PRINTS!
I was looking for a good quality Giclee print studio and thought I found one but the initial costing was sky high. After some intense Googling, I stumbled upon Point101. I was taken a back by the prices and was dubious at first. I ran two prints and was really impressed with the great UI for uploading my artwork. Got my prints within 3 days and was very impressed. I'm going to use Point101 for all my Giclee needs and am very happy to have found them. Great prices, great service. A gem amongst gems. Thank you!

Wow, stunning quality canvases!
I ordered 2 small canvases as a sample. They arrived well within a week & are stunning! The ordering process was easy & the preview pictures were a very good representation of how the delivered product would look. In my opinion the actual canvases looked better. Excellent value for money & by far the best canvases I have seen.

WYSIWYG ...oi what? you don't like acronyms?
I thought the print I got was cropped, but I then noticed in my orders tab that I had cropped it myself to exactly what it came in. So I have to say: Purte Gewd!
Also, very swift, and the packaging was awesome.
I would only ask for a better thumbnail in the "Orders" so you know what you asked about 1 week later when you actually get it.

Excellent framing job
Uploaded digital photo to Point101 and received my large framed print without too long a wait. The print was carefully packed and would probably withstand fairly rough handling in transit! Very pleased with the service from Point101 and will certainly use again when the occasion arises.

Perfect...except for spoiling the surprise.
Produced a super, large, high quality print of my work and I would certainly hope to be doing a lot more business with them in future. The only thing was that this particular image was a gift and although it was well packed the one thing I did not expect was for them to put a small copy of the image inside the packaging on the outside for all to see...well for the person who was going to receive the gift to see anyway; which kind of bursts the surprise bubble a little. Aside from this all was good.

Brilliant service, and delighted with our canvas

My order was in the nature of a test, to establish whether your service and the quality of your work would be suitable for further work. I was delighted with the results. My only reservation with one of my four images, was the result of my own colour correction , and not in any way a result of any error byPoint 101.
