Poles apart from other firms!
The website is easy to use and the information is presented in a user-friendly way.
The prices are very competitive, and the tracking I ordered was delivered very speedily. This is the second time I've used this firm, and my faith in them has been confirmed.

Wow!!! what a relief.
I have for some time been searching for a strong dependable metal curtain rail. Also the type of rail that as soon as you start to install it you can tell it is going to be there for years. I have finally found that product, It bends round my five sided bay window beautifully. The process was simple and straight forward and looks terrific. Thank you.

Postage too expensive
I ordered 3 x 6 curtain rings. The delivery charge was £6.50 because it was over £20. These were delivered by Royal Mail not courrier as suggested and the postage cost was £3. Even allowing for a jiffy bag charging £6.50 is too much and I would try and avoid using your company again unless I really was unable to source the item elsewhere.

Fantastic service all round.
We ordered some curtain poles, that were reasonably priced. The delivery was speedy, and we were very impressed with the quality. The site was very easy to use and it was very useful to be able to look up the individual specification of each item including instructions on how to fit them. We look forward to ordering some more poles and some blinds.

Stay up.....
The pole was fine but the hooks did not keep it up, they fell down twice and they were only holding organza, so it is a bit of a design fault. Luckily my handy husband was able to fix using a different hook.
They do look good though.

nice pole but not value for money
Ordered a light oak solid wood pole 2.4 metres, it was a little darker than i expected, but very well made, it was not made from oak wood as i expected, as i paid a little over £100, i was expecting the real deal.
delivery was prompt and well packed.

Thanks for your feedback regarding your purchase; however I’m disappointed you’re not entirely happy with your Cameron Fuller curtain pole. We do strive to give every bit of information we can on the products we sell and show this information in the product description and specification areas. With regards to our wooden curtain poles we do state the type of wood they are manufactured from and whether they are a painted or stain finish.
If exact colours are critical we do urge customers to enquire and request a sample as we know everyone’s computer screen settings can vary and possibly give a false impression of colour.

Very fast, good products - except one
The range of products is very good, good quality and fast in despatching. The website is also quite user-friendly. The only thing to improve is to inform when the delivery is going to take place - at the moment the information is sent only when the goods are despatched.
An update:
The double track which is listed as suitable for bay windows - is not really. It's metal, while bending it's not flexible enough to create a smooth curve. I'm trying to get a refund, no luck - the answer was that it hasn't been done properly and in general not very nice tone of emails. I do not think they have ever tried to bend this track.

Just what I was looking for
Had searched all curtain shops in and around my area and could not find any recess brackets for my curtain pole. Poles and blinds had just what I was looking for. Good price lots of size and colour choice, a fantastic find. Delivered within two days.....wonderful. Would thoroughly recommend

great product, very uplifting.
Up until now, we have had 3 small pieces of wood fixed above the window to hold the venetian blind far enough from the window so as not to catch. This was very unsightly
and an embarrassment each time we looked at it.That was until we purchased one of your variable extension supports( we would have liked 3 but you only had one in stock).
As we also have curtains up to our windows we just replaced the centre wooden piece as the curtains will hide the 2 end pieces of wood until we can purchase 2 more variable supports.. All in all an excellent product and gives a more pleasing look to the window.

Just the job!
I needed 'narrow', top-fixed but strong curtain tracks to allow overlaps for an 'under-the-eaves' space curtain hanging and was looking for metal rather than plastic.
From starting with a 'Google' for my needs, Poles and Blinds came out strongly and, although not quite the cheapest, was the only one which offered the full package of what I wanted, including 'end stops' to allow for the cutting of one of the two rails I ordered. The web-site was very efficient, processing and delivery of the order (to the distant Scottish Highlands) as speedy as could be desired and - though I can't judge yet for the strength - everything with the fitting and fixing has gone smoothly.
So, a very satisfied customer.

LOOKS CHEAP!!
When placing the order the web site did not keep 1/4" I had added to the width of my blind. I reentered and it did it again. So I thought it must be ok. NO if it happens to you please ring them. The blind I ordered is black. But on the sides the blind has a white line down it. Must be dyed on both sides ,which leaves a white line in the middle of the edge. I also ordered eyelets in the blind, which makes you look at the bottom of the blind. The end of the blind is stitched. This means when looking at eyelets you see a line of holes.When the blind is down or half down you see light through the stitch holes. It would have been better glued. The blind was not straight. All in all the blind looks cheap! £77 cheap!! I have emailed and sent photos they can do nothing for me. All they keep on about is I should have rang about the 1/4". Not the other issues.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, unfortunately your review paints the tail end of a much discussed conversation between yourself and our very help customer service staff. With the main point in question which is the ¼” inch on the blind width, at the point of placing your order the fractions weren’t showing on the product summary, however you admitted you placed the order knowing the ¼” inch wasn’t showing on the blind measurement you entered on the website and hoped “somehow” it would work out.
As you knew the measurement entered wasn’t what you required you could have call us (as you recommend) to resolve before the blind was manufactured, but unfortunately it was only brought to our attention once the blind was make and delivered to your house.
As your roller blind was fitted inside a recess window and you had an extra ¼” inch added the blind would have jammed inside the recess and not functioned correctly, as it stands your blind only has 1/8th of an inch (3mm) gap between each end of the roller blinds brackets and the wall which is ideal.
We could have been more than happy to have remade the blind but unfortunately you had a number of issues with the blind quality. All of our blinds are made to a very high standard and as far as we can see there wasn’t any manufacturing faults or defects with your blind, if there was the blind would be replaced as a matter of priority.

Top looking poles
I needed poles that fixed to the ceiling due to lack of space, I took a chance and ordered these, I was pleased with the quality of the product and the look. The chap who fitted them was also impressed with them and found they great to fit, only the fittings for my type of ceiling were no good needed something stronger. This may have been because of the thick artex on it.They look good up and the curtains go on easily. Really pleased with them and would recommend to my friends.

Extremely friendly, helpful, efficient and providing great value for money products
I found Poles & Blinds on the internet (Google) as having the poles I wanted at very keen prices. Prior to ordering, I telephoned for some advice on the wall fixings and found the personnel extremely helpful. I then ordered two of the poles and was surprised to learn that they were to be delivered the next day. They arrived less than 24 hours after placing my order, well-packaged and in pristine condition. I had another query following the fitting of the two poles and this was answered with the same courtesy and efficiency as my original enquiry. I would definitely recommend this company for its value for money, efficiency and courteous service. First class.

good quality at affordable price
The poles were ordered at 2.30pm and arrived super fast by 11am the next morning, not bad for free delivery. The bay window pole is of a good quality and simple to install. it is meat to be installed onto a wall but can be ceiling mounted because of the way the mounts are made. One word of caution though, if there is no gap between the top of your bay windows and the ceiling, then the brackets are too long and the poles will be suspended too low.
I got round this by taking an hacksaw to the brackets and shortening them, then drilling another hole through them to hold the two parts of the brackets .together

Connector did just the job
When decorating we inadvertently threw out our pole connector. The advice from a well known diy store was to buy a new pole. This one was new anyway!
Logged on to this site, found what I needed and hey presto it turned up. Easy to put up.
The connector did just the trick and I'm confident the pole won't fall down on me.

Couldn't believe it!
I ordered my curtain rail on Thursday afternoon. The company's price was fair and to be honest I was allowing at least a week for delivery to take place. The following afternoon the rail was delivered much to my amazement.

Brilliant material, good company, but delivery a problem!
I've got my living room curtain poles from them and really satisfied with quality.
The price was good and the items were delivered really quickly. The only problem is that they didn't set any time or even date for delivery which caused a chaos for me. The driver called me when he was at our doorstep! I had to come back home from work in the middle of the day!

AWFUL!!!!
CANNOT CALCULATE SIMPLE DELIVERY CHARGE TO NORTHERN IRELAND!
DELIVERY PAYMENT WAS REQUESTED ON 3 SEPARATE OCCASIONS.
TWO WEEKS LATER I STILL HAD NOT RECEIVED THE GOODS!

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, I’m sorry you are upset with our service and that we’ve been unable to make you happy. My colleague said you were disappointed from the start because of the extra costs to Northern Ireland.
Unfortunately this is a third party service so the costs have to be met. Our products are priced so competitively that it leaves us little room to swallow extra delivery charges.
I’ve investigated your order transaction to see how we could have done things better for you -
April 30th - You placed your order with us, our website states that you will be contacted if shipping charges exceed the cost of £6.50 as you live in Northern Ireland.
May 1st - We took the goods to the post office to get them weighed and give you a quote, on this same day we contacted you and you paid the postage costs.
May 2nd - Your order was taken back to the post office to be sent to you first class. At this point we were told they had made a mistake with the original quote so the parcel came back to us for referral.
May 4th, 5th, 6th – Weekend and Bank Holiday.
May 7th – We contacted you and informed you of the mistake made at the post office, at which point you cancelled your order.
We handle all enquiries and process orders as quickly as possible; in your case it’s taken 5 working days from the point of order to your cancelation and refund.
We were trying to send this to you as cheaply as possible to keep the cost down for you, this meant sending someone to the post office just for you (some might argue this is good customer service) as normal courier costs would be much higher.
However, I fully understand your frustrations at being contacted twice over what may seem to be incompetence our end, so I sincerely apologise.
