Not good customer service

This company had a problem with their web site, I made a purchase for two blinds after much time spent looking through sites. Was e-mailed to say that their web site was not pricing up the blinds correctly and that I should pay the difference if I wanted to proceed with the purchase. The full price did exceed many other sites that were offering the same. I would have thought that this being an error on their part, that they would have either granted me the purchase or given me a discount of good will. They re-embursed me, but they had still wasted my time. If they had good customer service and good quality blinds, I would have made a futher purchase.
