When placing the order the web site did not keep 1/4" I had added to the width of my blind. I reentered and it did it again. So I thought it must be ok. NO if it happens to you please ring them. The blind I ordered is black. But on the sides the blind has a white line down it. Must be dyed on both sides ,which leaves a white line in the middle of the edge. I also ordered eyelets in the blind, which makes you look at the bottom of the blind. The end of the blind is stitched. This means when looking at eyelets you see a line of holes.When the blind is down or half down you see light through the stitch holes. It would have been better glued. The blind was not straight. All in all the blind looks cheap! £77 cheap!! I have emailed and sent photos they can do nothing for me. All they keep on about is I should have rang about the 1/4". Not the other issues.

Dear Mrs Ince Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, unfortunately your review paints the tail end of a much discussed conversation between yourself and our very help customer service staff. With the main point in question which is the ¼” inch on the blind width, at the point of placing your order the fractions weren’t showing on the product summary, however you admitted you placed the order knowing the ¼” inch wasn’t showing on the blind measurement you entered on the website and hoped “somehow” it would work out. As you knew the measurement entered wasn’t what you required you could have call us (as you recommend) to resolve before the blind was manufactured, but unfortunately it was only brought to our attention once the blind was make and delivered to your house.
As your roller blind was fitted inside a recess window and you had an extra ¼” inch added the blind would have jammed inside the recess and not functioned correctly, as it stands your blind only has 1/8th of an inch (3mm) gap between each end of the roller blinds brackets and the wall which is ideal. We could have been more than happy to have remade the blind but unfortunately you had a number of issues with the blind quality. All of our blinds are made to a very high standard and as far as we can see there wasn’t any manufacturing faults or defects with your blind, if there was the blind would be replaced as a matter of priority.
