Quick delivery, excellent product
Ordered a replacement battery at about 1/3 of the price of the official product, it was with me within two days and works perfectly. My only gripe is with the postage charge which is stated as £0 throughout, until the very last step when it changes to £1.99. More transparency please, the value is still good but you feel a little swindled.

shocking completely unacceptable
The headphones were fake, they were even what it say it was, original more like useless garbage. I am never going to buy something again, as my experience was most outrageous!.

dont bother they havent heard of customer service
Purchased case for my ipad, delivery was quick I admit but after that it all went wrong.item is faulty and I have tried contacting them via email plus called there number on website so many times I know the number off by heart. This has been going on for a week now and no response to my emails plus no one seems to answer the phone. I'm getting the idea they don't know how to answer the phone as they have a voicemail service which by 12 oclock is full and can't take anymore messages, so my advice to you go somewhere else as this company doesn't care if you have any issues they just want your money

Happy with purchase.
I ordered a cover for my samsung 2 tablet which arrived within a few days, good price, fits well and very good quaility. I would buy again from this company as i am very happy with my purchase.

Dodgy keyboard
Should have known it was too good to be true. Bought a wireless "Apple-like" keyboard It arrived inane already opened box and was of cheap Chinese manufacture. It was so badly made that the batteries did not nestle together in the battery compartment, so no circuit could be formed. The moral of the story: always buy Apple products.
Upon being informed of the situation, Porta-Charge kindly agreed to "consider a refund". You need to be a bit more positive than that!

Not impressed
Ordered my item 8 days ago for first class delivery and still not received my item. The confirmation email said I would be emailed once it was dispatched but still haven't received that. I emailed customer services, who in fairness got back to me quickly, but said that due to Christmas period items may take longer to be delivered....nothing like that mentioned on the site when I ordered my item, if I had known it would take this long I would have gone to a shop and bought it straight away. Very disappointed.

Refreshingly, a company that does exactly what it says it will do.
I have just made my first purchase from this company and unfortunately the battery I was sent, promptly, had a fault and would not take a charge. I contacted the company, and without any quibble a replacement was sent, and pre paid Jiffy bag included for return of faulty goods. Very impressed and will use this company again.

Misleading delivery charges
The product itself is fine - fit for purpose & as described - and it was delivered within reasonable timescales.
The reason for the 2-star rating is that the initial checkout screen clearly showed delivery as "Fixed £0.00", but when I progressed to the PayPal screen, delivery was actually charged at £1.99 (a hefty surcharge on a £4.99 product).
Unfortunately I hadn't realised delivery wasn't free until after I'd confirmed the order (my fault for not checking, I know). At best, this is poor web-design; at worst, this is deliberate sharp practice!
Either way - make sure you check your delivery charges before committing to purchase from these guys.

Fantastic service

A month and still waiting.
I would not recommend this site to anyone. Like other commenters on these reviews it seems, I have not received my item, yet money was taken from my account. It has been a month and i am very doubtful it will show up.
The phone service and email service do not work and there has been no contact whatsoever. I am really very angry and will take further action.

Almost perfect
Great service. I bought housing for my phone as opposed to a new phone altogether - saved me a fortune! Would have liked a colour option and possibly a manual incase my previous housing was obliterated with nothing to guide me as there were a lot of little pieces. However if you've ever put two lego bricks together you should have no probs. Delivered in excellent time. Would definitely use again.

Very Disappointing
Ordered a battery on 16 January. Payment taken straight away. No confirmation email therefore no tracking number! No answer on calling the phone number on the web page.
Above all no battery!!!
It's now 7 days and counting. Interested to receive request to rate Porta-Charges performance.
