Previously very satisfied
Absolutely appauled with the amount of cah recieved for recent items.
Like most people I am in a desperate situation and agreed.
Also mis heard quote ( not your fault).

I can assure you we had our head jeweller look at the items and we wouldn't have been able to offer you anymore. I have also listened to the call and you did seem quite happy to accept the offer at the time; however the customer service agent would have been more than happy to return your items at no cost to you if you had asked us to do so. We pride ourselves on providing a top quality service and I’m sorry you felt we did not achieve this in your case.

Excellent service
The whole experience was good from start to finish, would recommend to anyone who needs to clear out their jewllery etc, the staff where exceptionally helpful, and polite and the quick turn around from items to cheque was again excellent

Way more than I expected for old jewellery
Postgoldforcash surpassed my expectations. I ordered an envelope online - then just put all my old jewellery and some odd earrings in the bag and sent it off. I couldn't believe they called me the next day with an offer which was way more than I expected. Great service!

Trust Gold works for me.
My dealing with trust gold was simple easy and problem free. The only thing wrong in my opinion was that they were a bit pushy as I had several phone calls chasing me after they sent the pack as they had not received anything back from me. Other that that the transaction was simple ans the money in my acciount when they said it would be,

broken jewellery converted to hard cash! Brilliant
I would have been hesitant in sending my few pieces of jewellery but it was a win win situation. Postage was paid and I got a receipt from the Post office. I knew that I would be phoned with an offer and I also knew that I could agree or reject the offer. I accepted the offer and the agreed money was transferred to my bank account. It was very simple ,didn't cost me anything and I had more than I thought I would be offered. All very easy.

i wanted to sell my stuff and some cufflines from my late dad so i thought i would try postforgold it was very easy they send you all the stuff you need and its next day delievery i posted it on the tuseday and got a phone call on the wednesday with my offer which i was really pleased with and i got cash on the thursday i would use them again

Good service - prompt receipt of money
I was happy with this service - called me within 24 hours as promised and no pressure to accept their offer. When I accepted this offer, the money was deposited to my bank account within 2-3 days. Only issue I had is that not knowing even a rough value for the items I was sending in, I did not know whether or not I was getting a good and fair offer from postgoldforcash.

You Can Trust Postgoldforcash
I had a few reservations about selling my broken gold items. I was afraid of not being offered a reasonable amount. I was however re-assured by the website, especially the video, the whole organisation looked so professional. So I sent for an envelope but still hesitated in returning it. A friendly phone call from PGFC reassured me that it would hardly cost me any money to have non-valuable items returned if they were not suitable. Confidently I sent off my envelope & within a day or two had a substantial offer. Three days later the money was in the bank. I am delighted that I trusted my instincts. The follow up has also been excellent & I have just recommended my Father. Thank you.

will not recommend this company
what is the point of filling in forms when you didnt read or take any notice of it or explain anything to me when you phoned with the offer, i ended up paying for postage i neither requested or wanted having asked for a cheque on the form and although i did not pursue the matter when you rang back to explain it is because i am not so poor i am that desperate but others may be.

Firstly I am sorry you were disappointed with the service we provided you. I can see you ticked your form with cheque however it was explained on the phone we would be sending you a cash payment when you accepted the offer.
As I understand one of our agents explained to you, most of our customers choose to have their payment via cash within 24 hours of accepting their offer, we offer this as the first option on the phone. There is absolutely no obligation to accept our offer as a cash payment and if you mention you would prefer the payment as a cheque when you accept the offer we would organise for this to be arranged.
