Decent product, fast delivery
I have been happy with the whey protein i purchase although mint choc flavour was a let down :P but the protein is good quality and arrived promptly.

Didn't have what I ordered but the service was great.
One of the products I ordered just went out of stock as I ordered it. I was impressed that I got called up straight away and my 3-5 day delivery got upgraded to next day.

good value for money
Really good, they work really well and fast, ill defo get more from them. The only problem i had was with the post, who ever it was that delivered them, didnt post them threw my door proper, lucky ive got good neighbours who took them in for me. Other than that they are really good.

Everything was brilliant. I do have a single reason for not giving 5 stars however, this is because the chocolate protein i ordered tasted a odd compared to what it usually tasted like when i have bought power beck protein before.

Order placed 12 march still not received it had to ring them to ask where it was to be told only just sending out 5 days later it says 2 to 3 days delivery I should have been contacted

wont use this service again
although I love these products I felt £5 was a bit steep for delivery when other companies like my protein offer free delivery when your order is over a certain amount.
also although it says 2/3 working days delivery, I ordered my products on a wednesday, but had to wait until monday to recieve my products, so 3 working days and 2 weekend days, so only order on a monday or tuesday, otherwise you wont recieve your items in the same week that you ordered them. Also when it arrived I had been sent the wrong flavoured protein, I ordered strawberry and recieved vanilla.

Great products and great service
I`ve been useing powerbeck sports for nearly a year now, the chocolate whey protein is great, it`s as much of a treat as it is an essential supplement, so the choc cravings tend to dissapear after a couple of shakes a day, the same can be said for the mass gainer! I highly recommend a course of the cell surge if your after gains as for me it really did produce the size and strength gains prommoted.
Along with the competitive prices for all brands, I`ve received voucher codes for big discounts, the last being buy 2 whey protein, get one free, so naturally I bought a few months supply.
The guys are great to talk to if you have any querries and once ordered, delivery has only taken 2 days, 3 at most.
My personnal point of view is, great products with great service, could`nt ask for any more.

Highly recommended
The best thing about powerbeck is the product quality and value for money.
They have let me down a couple of times in terms of delivery but rectified promptly without any fuss.
I didn't like the choc. mint and rhubarb and custard powders as they were very strong flavoured and had a grainy texture/consistency.
other than that I would highly recommend Powerbeck products and service.

Good product, couple of issues
Overall, it certainly seems to be a good all-in-one product, however there is no mention of how many grams (could be from 0.1 - 5??) of the tri-mix creatine there is per serving. For anyone currently taking creatine it is important to know how much you are ingesting!!
This is the best tasting supplement i have ever tried. Easily mixed with water and tastes like a milkshake (i use vanilla flavour).
The delivery costs are very high if you are buying in single units, i have seen several posts about this already. I live in N.I. and it cost £18 irrespective of amount ordered - i'ts a bit expensive if you do a bit of research into it.
If Powerbeck could sort out these two points (creatine & delivery) then i would definitely rate the product with 5 stars!!

Not to the usual high standards
Ordered protein mixture and creatine tablets. Fair play, the protein powder was out of stock, so Powerbeck sent a timely e-mail correspondance asking if I preffered to wait or if I would like a different flavour. I chose to wait for the powder I'd ordered to be back in stock. To my surprise, my neighbour contacted me the next day to say they'd taken in a parcel on my behalf. It was my correct order from Powerbeck, however, I knew immediately there was something wrong. The bag the products were delivered in had a hole in it and there was protein powder pouring from the inside. When I opened the bag I observed that the bottom of the protein powder container had been very badly spilt and the contents were pouring out and also the tamper proof seal around the top of the container had been broken. Needless to say the tub and contents have gone straight in the bin. I am usually a very contented customer and I would highly recommend Powerbeck. It's impossible to say if this damage was caused before or after shipment to the courier. Judging by the level of service received previously I would probably say the latter.

Great product, great service
I have used Powerbeck a number of times now and have always been happy with their products - their supplements taste a lot better than similar ones I have tried.
I have only ever had one minor issue (mix up with an order) but this was dealt with immediately and with a high level of service.
I will continue to use Powerbeck in the future, and would recommend others to do the same!

Superb product
This Micellar Casein product is probably one of the best I have tried, it has all of the important nutritional ingredients I want. It is not as cheap as others but they have not contained the Amino Acid profiles this has. The real bonus for me is i actualy like the taste! I have thrown others away after the first drink! Revolting.
Delivery is always exellent.
Cannot fault Powerbeck for their products price or service.
I will continue to be a customer.

Nice product but I feel let down
Whilst I really like the product I bought, having used Powerbeck brands in the past but purchased from a gym, it was the service that let this review down.
I paid for next day delivery, ordered at 1100 on a Tues. I rang Powerbeck on the Weds PM after waiting in all day to try and get a tracking number as it hadn't arrived to be told my item was out of stock and would be in later that day and then posted out. As a compensation I was offered a free shaker.
I then had to ring again on the Friday to be told it had just been dispatched, I asked if it would arrive on Sat and told yes. My order finally turned up on Monday without the offered free shaker.
As stated the product is great, mixes well and tastes nice. My gripe is that I had to chase the order and wait five days when I paid extra for next day and what was offered as compensation was not included. Will I order again, I'm not sure...

My honest view Powerbeck are brilliant.
My honest view about powerbeck is they are amazing!
They have great deals, the customer service I receive everytime is second to none. I love the Whey Protein Chocolate powder just goes down so nice everytime and also I have seen very good gains from it. Don't get me wrong I do train very hard and also eat good balanced meals!!

i like the power beck product very much it has got to be the best tasting protien powder on the market. i usually buy it from my gym but bought it from internet site because it was cheaper, when it came through the post there was no plastic seal on tub and it was half empty. ive now switched to bsn syntha-6
