If I was able to leave Zero stars I would
I spent £500 on a Bosch laser level, which the Powertoolworld.co.uk website showed as in stock , so I ordered the items on 11/6 expecting them arrive within a couple of days, after 3 days of waiting I rang up and was told the items were not in stock but would be sent out the following week, to my surprize on the 17/6 I receive an email saying my order was now complete (I still had not received any goods) next I get an email saying my items would be delivered on the 18th by DPD couriers, I waited all day and nothing arrived and the DPD website showed the parcel at their depot all day.
So I have no goods and out of pocket to the sum of £500.
Powertoolworld.co.uk YOU SUCK !!! you take peoples money then sling it on a courier and as far as your concerned that's it..
A Bad reputation travels further than a Good one !!!!!!

ONLY THE BEST
Festool tools are the best you can buy, however sorting out the right parts can be a daunting prospect. I can honestly say that the staff at PowerToolWorld know their stuff, always happy to help and it’s nice to deal with a company that takes the time to make sure that a customer is happy. I have purchased a number of tools from these guys and can honestly say they always give me the best deal and service. I would not buy from anyone else. The courier they use is excellent; I always get advance notification of the date and time of delivery. 10 out of 10, highly recommended.

Good Company rubbish courier
ordered saw from power tool world v good saw excellent dispatch time but the courier they use was hopeless- dpd

I am sorry that you feel that the delivery was poor however we despatched your order on the day it was placed on an overnight delivery, DPD tried to deliver it at 3.15 pm the following day but could not get access to the flats where you live but they left a card and you collected it later on that day from the local depot.

Excellent 10/10
Ordered my cordless drill with powertool world and it turned up the next day! Easy site to use and navigate. When I phoned to ask a question about my drill the staff member I spoke to was really helpful. Great service would highly recommend them and I will be suing myself gain in the future.

Excellent Prices & Quick Delivery
Needed to buy a present for a family member and required quick delivery because I had forget it was his birthday!
Found powertoolworld. Their website was very easy to use with a large selection of products to choose from. Prices are very competitive and they deliver next working day. Perfect!

Can land on a good deal
The prices are OK, and sometimes you can land on a good deal.
Had a problem recently but the MD called me personally to discuss it after leaving a review of my experience on here. Think that took some balls to make that call rather than pay lip service or ignore it. The problem stemmed from the courier making a hash of it, then was compounded by overwhelmed business and temporary under-staffing. Have withdrawn my original review rather than update, I think if someone can hold their hands up when it goes wrong, they deserve a second chance.
