I paid extra for a delivery time which was not kept to. when I rang on day 7, the man I spoke to told me to wait for a call from the delivery people at 3.30 and tried to say that it would be delivered on time (within 7 days) and then told me it would be delivered 2 days later (day 9). After a short exchange of words where he agued that it would be delivered within the 7 days, he agreed to get a manager to contact me. When the manager did ring he to tried to say it was being delivered on time. (Not very bright in this firm, 9 days is less than 7 days). He did eventually agree to refund me £10.00 for the extra days waiting. Do not use if you want quick delivery.
