Took me all day just to place an order/change of heart due to customer services
24/01/2013 -Opened an account with PC Direct to order a TV, couldn't believe how many times I had to telephone because the order wouldn't go through, I even had to open another account to start from scratch as advised and even that didn't go through. was going to shop elsewhere but thought I'd give it a go one last time and hey presto it went through! not sure what was going on the other times as I had done exactly the same as before. Stressful isn't the word I would use!!
25/01/2013 - An up date to my experience with PRC Direct. After placing my order yesterday which I found quite stressful, I today received a phone call from their customer services team (which I was very impressed with) asked my to explain what had gone on as they take pried in their customer services and would like to rectify any problems their customers have. After explaining what had happened it became apparent that maybe the system thought that I was trying to be fraudulent which I believe is a good thing as you never know these days!!! Was very impressed and in good will they put something extra in with my order. All in all now a very happy customer and looking to receive my TV on Monday! :-)
