I ordered the TV and 2 days later it was in my house! Can't grumble.
Ordered a Samsung TV on Monday afternoon. I paid for the premium delivery, as they said that they would phone me within 24 hrs to confirm a date. At 5:30pm, I got a call and delivery was arranged for Wednesday! Can't grumble.
The only thing that was a little bit disappointing, was that for the premium delivery charge of £29.99, they couldn't even give me an indication of am/pm. I had to take all day off work. I suppose I could have asked for a Sat delivery, but I wanted to get my hands on the TV ASAP. Delivery man turned up at 2pm (ish). Wouldn't leave TV without seeing some form of ID.
