We bought a potty for our son, which came in just a few days. We had an issue with the delivery as the box was battered and ripped. I took photos which I sent on and told them I wasn't happy, they got back to me pretty much straightaway and refunded the delivery cost, which went into our bank the same day.
Apart from the delivery and not receiving a confirmation email, was quite a straight forward order.
