No problems with order or delivery and good prices ontop
I picked the cotbed I wanted and found the cheapest price on this website. It also included a free mattress so that was a bonus. I've since had it delivered with no problems and set it up, which was very quick and easy.

Brilliant invention
Bought this harness to strap Freddie to my mums chairs when we went visiting, as she has no baby equipment at her house. Worked a treat, strapped harness to the chair, then strapped Freddie into the harness so he could then east his meals with us at the table. Its light weight which means it can be carried and used anywhere at anytime.

Misleading Timescales and Slow Service
Their definition of 'In Stock' means with the supplier not with them so "In Stock: 7 wkg day dispatch" means 7 wkg days from when order received they'll get the item, allow up to another 7 wkg days for them to deliver it to you. This is not explained fully or clearly on their website and i think it's very misleading and in this day a 14wkg day timescale is unacceptable, regardless of good pricing, i would go elsewhere for the turnaround and service. Especially as they saw fit to debit my payment card with immediate effect, not update their online order tracking data and it takes up to 5wkg days to get payment refunded. Customer Services did their job & cancelled the order (or at least i hope so as I haven't had email confirmation yet) but not satisfied and would definitely not recommend

After looking into your order, I can see that we were waiting for 3 out of the 4 items to arrive from the manufacturers. When the order was placed our website stated 7 working day dispatch as a maximum time for your order to leave us. Due to the size/weight of the products ordered, this would be sent using Royal Mail. All of the above information is avaliable to view on our website prior to or after ordering.
After your call to our Customer Services Department, your order has now been cancelled therefore your refund will appear on your statement within the next 5 working days.

Good prices and very efficient service!!
Found the perfect change bag cheaper on their site, via google. Was kept up to date with my order via their tracking service. It arrived on time and was really well packed so no folds or creases in the leather. Very happy with it! I was a little disappointed to find that if you like them on FB you get a discount and I only realised this after I had placed my order (my own fault) but if you're going to buy from them check this out first!

I've just made my first purchase and am very pleased with the service, the delivery and the products I have received for baby.
The products are cheaper here than anywhere else that I personally can find and once you make a purchase you can get a discount code for other items in future if you write a quick review.

Wonderful service!!!
I have bought this nursing pillow for my sister who lives abroad. I ordered it on a Saturday and was delivered to my doorstep on a Wednesday. The colours and the quality of the fabric was amazing. I think my sister won´t be disppointed.

I love my PreciousLittleOne 3-in-1 pillow, its stylish, sturdy and easy to wash.

very fast service, great value
Really good service. I even input my email address wrong but when I emailed customer services they changed it immediately snd sent my email confirmation. The product is fab snd the cheapest I've seen it anywhere. I would use again anf highly recommend. Even though it was supposed to be 10 working days for delivery, it came in just 3.

Good, but don't believe the Bounty offers
Everything was processed smoothly, but I wished that I hadn't just assumed that the Bounty offer I clicked through from was a good deal. When I had a quick look at their other products, they had the exact same nursing pillow in a different fabric at the same price as the Bounty 'sale price'.
Pretty dodgy marketing tactic if you ask me - it made me feel like I'd been tricked into the purchase, which took the shine of an otherwise pleasant transaction.

Surprised
I ordered a pillow through bounty. This cost less than I'd seen it anywhere else so although I expected the quality to be alright I didn't expect it to be as good as it is. I LOVE the pillow - it's so comfy and versatile. Also where I expected the compromise (the material cover) was of very high quality - gorgeous bright flowers.

not a very good service
Ordered 6 muslin squares & they were totally different as described on their web site, i was not happy so sent them back. A week & a half later i had not heard from them about my refund so emailed them, got reply saying sorry for not sending me a message to say i had been refunded a week earlier. would not use them again, they still havent told me why the item was not as advertised

Please accept my apologies that you received the muslin squares and they were not the same as the image on the website. Our Customer Services Department provided you with a pre paid stamp to return the goods and once received your order was refunded in full. Your online tracking was updated to reflect the refund being processed.
It is with regret that on occasions, the manufacturers change the design of their products and retailers do not receive updated images. In this instance we have taken action to amend our website accordingly.

Quick delivery, good service
I placed an order with this company for a cotbed. I actually had initially placed the same order with a rival company however they had none in stock. I rang PLO before I placed the order just to make sure they had the cot bed I wanted in stock - they answered promptly and the person who I spoke to was helpful and polite. This helped allay any worries I had about placing an online order. The website was easy to use however it took a few goes for my payment details to be accepted however I think this could be an error on my part. The cotbed arrived on Monday after placing an order on Friday morning ( the couriers they use don't work on weekends ). The cotbed was well packaged and (relatively) easy to construct but definitely need two people to put together ! I would definitely use this company again for further purchases and would have no hesitation in recommending it to my other mummy friends .

Quality service, great prices and super quick delivery!
I used this site as it had been recommennded by my sister who was very impressed after buying her pram from it. I ordered a space saver cot, the site was a lot cheaper than most and included free mattress and free delivery, I was delighted when it arrived by 2pm the following day! The cot is perfect and great quality. I would highly recommend this site to anyone!
