I was told that small electrical items home utensials would be sent direct from a supplier. I was informed this should take around 10 days . However after 1 month i still do not have these items. The dates keep moving forwards all the time! They badly need new reliable suppliers. I wont be using them again.
I have been a customer of this company for 12 to 18 months or so, UNTIL TODAY! For the last 12 months I have consistently had difficulty logging in to the online system, continually being told my ID and/or password are incorrect, despite them being firstly completed automatically by google chrome, then typed in manually by me. Sometimes this would go on for ten and even fifteen minutes until I finally gave in and quit! This has created problems for me twice with paying my bill late because I was away from home and couldn't find out how much to pay, so ended up charged for late payment, subsequently refunded, but has left me today having £65 refunded to me because that is how much I had overpaid due to having to guess too often how much I needed to pay each month!! I contacted them twice in the last 2 months, expressing in words, capitals, and starred out words etc. my desperate frustration with this seemingly never ending problem, only to receive the reply that because my complaint was 'offensive' they would not act to resolve it 6ntil I re-submitted it in a more polite manner!!
I complained about this online, and to a manager called Ashley, and a day later she phones me telling me that in light of the first recent communique she agreed that the second one WAS offensive, regardless of my explanation a day earlier that the last two months had been the culmination of 12 months of frustration, so I told her on principal to send me the money they owe me and close the account!!
If you don't like companies that operate along the same lines as Zynga, that they are always right and the good paying, regular spending customer be damned, then stay away from this lot or you'll end up feeling the same way I'm sorry to say!!
Found one item online, a man's shirt, that I wanted to purchase and did so. It was satisfactory and delivered on time - so far so good. BUT I paid the amount due immediately and did not want any ongoing credit account and I did not want any further stream of uninvited sales emails. Ending the 'relationship' with Premier Man has been a nightmare. Their 'unsubscribe' facility simply fails to operate and though they have eventually responded to my requests to stop the sales emails and close the account - BOTH SALES EMAILS AND COMMUNICATIONS ABOUT MY ACCOUNT (WHICH HAS A ZERO BALANCE AND HAS DONE SINCE I IMMEDIATELY PAID OFF THE CHARGES OF THE ONE PURCHASE) CONTINUE TO ARRIVE. DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE!

So I shop from Premierman because I'm a big guy. Unfortunately with Premierman you end up paying full RRP for last years clearance stock.
Recently I ordered a pair of shoes. They were advertised as "New in" but upon further investigation they are in fact a model that Clarks don't do any more. I paid 60 quid for them.
When they arrived, the parcel looked like it'd been dropped and then run over by the delivery van... twice!
Fortunately the shoes were ok.
Looking underneath the shoes there's a big red sticker saying that shoes are not to be worn if they are to be returned. How am I supposed to know if they fit and don't chafe if I'm not allowed to try them on?

Been shopping with Premierman for a few years now and always been happy, until now after I recieved my latest statement to find I've been charged £6 for 2 items returned late. I actually returned the items within the 14 days so don't understand this (it must be based on the days from it leaving them to them recieving it back), I seldom retun items (when I do it's because they genuinely aren't good, i.e. on this occassion wide fitting trainers that weren't wide lol). Premierman are good for clothes that fit men, prices are reasonable (if you take advantage of the regular 20% off offers), delivery is usually quick, but charging for late delivery on poor quality products is bang out of order.
