Ordered a winter cykling jacket. Realised I had ordered the jacket in the wrong seize. E-mailed Prendas and asked them if there was still time to change the ordre to the correct seize. I received a very friendly e-mail less than an hour later confirming that they had changed the ordre to the correct seize. Received another e-mail shortly after that telling me that the jacket now was on its way to Denmark. And I also received the standard mail telling me that the jacket was on its way.
As it turned out the jacket wasn't a good fit. So we contacted Prendas again. And even though it was more than 30 days after we had received the jacket it was still possible to return the jacket and exchange it for another model.
